Excellent Company
After some initial problems with missing purchases, all recent ones have been accepted and confirmed. They also remind me of potential purchases if I am just browsing.
In addition, they kindly invited me to brunch at Gauchos restaurant in order to watch the aborted England / France game in the World Cup which included an excellent Q&A session with Darren Gough and Lewis Moody

If you don't check your account daily you can easily miss points that should be added to your account. I made orders with Interflora and Waterstones before Christmas, when I logged into my account 4th January three transactions hadn't been noted. I am unable to put in a claim as it is outside the 10 day period.

Nice idea, but the rewards you earn on shopping are paltry (a £500 purchase earned only a quid or two in points).

Only negative is points don't carry over each season.
Great scheme. Easy to collect points and easy to redeem. Like the competitions. Would recommend anyone to sign up

Not reliable.I have tried Rewards for Rugby but find that their platform generally doesnt record purchases i'vemade.It often fails to pick up purchases from Ebay,Argos and many other retailers.
Shame ...good idea.
