I requested a copy of my contract, they sent a generic email saying they would be in touch and ive heard nothing . It is essential i get a copy of my contyract, why should that be so difficult.

I am still waiting for confirmation the email has been changed. I went onto my account and it appears to not have happened yet. I requested this a week ago.

even though we were billed in error and my email did not reach the team due to their firewall protection for attachments , when i called to discuss the matter the response was perfect. it was resolved quickly as expected. we have worked with this company for many years and this is the only time we've had a query
