Communication is always responded to straight away, goods are delivered reliably and in a timely manner. No problems at all to report.

Delivery day is always wrong!
Delivery is set on the same day of the week as agreed. However, after submit an order on portal, it always shows the wrong day and need to email to CS to change it manually. We have emailed to CS multiple times but never resolved. What a waste of time!
