I requested a copy of my contract
I requested a copy of my contract, they sent a generic email saying they would be in touch and ive heard nothing . It is essential i get a copy of my contyract, why should that be so difficult.

Great service from arranging pick up to collection
I liked how easy I was able to communicate with the team to arrange a collection via email and followed up with a telephone call.
I also had to amend the number of boxes late in the afternoon, day before collection and after the collection I had to amend the paperwork and again the team were easy to communicate with and dealt with my request quickly and effectively.
The collection was straightforward and in the morning which was really helpful as we have limited space to store lots of Restore boxes.

The person I dealt with on the telephone was really helpful and then when I emailed the customer service team they were also really helpful and sorting things in a very timely manner.

Delivery day is always wrong!
Delivery is set on the same day of the week as agreed. However, after submit an order on portal, it always shows the wrong day and need to email to CS to change it manually. We have emailed to CS multiple times but never resolved. What a waste of time!
