Superb customer service. Once I was handed over by retailer, Redring/Burco were excellent. Responsive, helpful and polite. They eventually came out to resolve my issue in person. The whole experience was excellent - and not at all what I would have expected for a hot water tap, if I'm honest! Brilliant.

From my initial contact with Redring to my final contact I am very pleased with how it all went. My Redring Glow shower had stopped working and was still within its warranty period. The customer service executive who handled my case was called Allison. From start to finish she was exceptional. She listened to me and knew exactly what had to be done and promptly set out to have a replacement shower sent to me. This is just one of many Redring showers I have purchased over the years for my property projects and from this experience I am going to carry on purchasing more. I can not thank you enough Allison. Thank you for your understanding and for resolving my issue.

Our recently acquired Redring MHW3 water heater was not functioning (****UPDATE - ALL GOOD NOW*****) so we called the helpline about 4.10pm on the 6th May. Spoke to Diane,who, from the outset, was keen to assist, helpful, patient, friendly and did her very best to resolve our issues. Whilst ultimately it appears the unit is faulty, Diane could not have been more helpful in the 25 minutes or so that she was on the call. In addition, she researched additional info on the product which she emailed through immediately after the call as promised. A credit to the company. Now......if we can just get the water heater to work! ********UPDATE****** It's working! I think it was us!!!)

The customer support service advisor that I had through the whole process from start to resolving the issue that I had with my electric shower was Holly I can not praise her enough from the first phone call about my issue and to the final resolve I was always kept informed by email from Holly as to what was happening until the problem was sorted out satisfactory

Our water heater stopped working suddenly after nearly fifteen months. I contacted Zoe from Redring's Customer's Service to get some help. A series of emails were exchanged in order to find out the cause which I supplied over a few days to which Zoe always replied quickly, politely and efficiently.
In the end the situation was resolved with the faulty product been replaced and it is on its way to us very soon. Thank Redring and thank you Zoe.

I have used their showers for decades. Great systems. Hopefully, the new stuff is too.
The user support has just been very punctual and helpful.
I think I will be using them in the future too.

A water heater was purchased and unfortunately failed just out of warranty but with a conversation with Diane in customer service she agreed to send a replacement. Outstanding service that just doesn’t seem to happen these days.

If I could leave no stars i would only be to happy,absolutely disgusted with them.my shower kept going cold ,got in contact with redring explained i am disabled and elderly so need the shower repaired ASAP,5 weeks later I was still waiting.after several emails and phone calls i was told they would replace it with a new one,but unfortunately there were no engineer available so If I got one and fitted the new cheaper shower they would refund me the money.i had the new shower put in sent photos of it sent plumber receipt but that wasn't good enough they needed a headed paper with the receipt but unfortunately my plumber dont have them.i know been told they will not pay me my refund although they should have fitted it in the first place.if this is how they treat customers especially disabled elderly ones then shame on them.i have emailed rip off Britain to see if they can look into it for me.im sure they will come up with some excuse again though

The lady who took the call was helpful , empathetic and quickly identified how best to address and resolve the issue. I must admit I can be a demanding customer, quite often I have no choice if the outcome won’t meet my needs but she coped extremely well in a very pressurised situation - so all in all well done and thank you .
