Joseph was extremely helpful when I called in regarding my faulty appliance. Jospeh sent over promptly the instructions of what I needed to provide. He’s been so efficient with getting back to me via emails and sorted my replacement successfully. His customer service has been excellent!

My airfryer stopped working, it was under an extended warranty (a must buy) called Tower and a lovely man called Martin took my details and then emailed me with everything I needed to send.
Within the hour my issue was sorted and Martin was consistent and quick with his replies. He's definitely a credit to the company.

Ellie at Tower- honesty helped me so easily to resolve the issue i was having- and has kindly sent me out a whole new bin- that unfortunately just stopped working- its such an awsome automatic opening bin( and the sensor had stopped doing its job)- she was extremely helpful and went that extra mile to sort out the problem quickly and easily- brilliant after-care👏 service provided from Tower- I was very impressed with the level of care! Thank you Ellie and Tower- highly recommended their products and the aftercare is excellent 👌 10/10

18 month old air fryer stopped working, but covered with guarantee. Within an elapsed time of a few hours, and actual time of of about 20 minutes of writing emails from original approach, to answering / providing information such as model number, proof of purchase, couple of photos a replacement was authorised and should be with me in about 5 days. No hassle, no quibble.
Things go wrong and it is frustrating but you cannot ask anymore from a company than Tower and their agent Joseph provided in resolving this.

I purchased a new air fryer several months ago and only decided to use it yesterday, Sunday 07/06/26. I plugged the device into the socket and tried switching it on, on both occasions it tripped my RCD breaker.
I contacted Tower, via e mail at around 1830hrs, that date, as the air fryer was well within the 3 year warranty period. I received the usual automated reply, e mail stating that someone should get back to me within 48hours.
About 1245 hrs, today, 08/06/26, I received an email from Joseph - Customer Services Executive.
A couple of e mails later, the matter was brought to a satisfactory conclusion and a replacement air fryer is to be sent out to me.
Absolutely fantastic Customer Service from Tower having resolved the matter within 24 hours of me contacting them. A Special thanks to Joseph - Customer Services Executive, who was exceptionally prompt in replying to my e mails.
I have purchased many Tower products over the years and this is the first time I have had an issue with one of their products. It is very reassuring to know that that they deal with any issues very quickly.

Handles cracked after 4months tower wanted nothing to do with this and told me to return it from where I bought it ignoring the fact I had a 3 year warranty with them .Basically not helpful at all

It barely manages light dust so forget anything more serious than that . You’ve got about five minutes before it over heats and cuts out. Now I initially thought this was a one off fault but nope - the trouble shooting actually says this is essentially normal and to allow and hour , yep that’s right an HOUR for it to cool down. Avoid this brand hoover like the plague

Fantastic customer service my rose gold sensor bin stopped working. Phoned customer services spoke to Ezmie she asked me for the extended 5 year warranty ID number asked me to make a short video of the problem and email it to her,sent it at 10.59am she replied at 11.20am asked me to sign and date the bin and lid take a photograph and send it to her,sent at 3pm, she emailed me at 4.17pm to say a replacement would be with me within 3-5 days. This is the way to run customer services fantastic 10/10 well done.
