We bought a sofa and coffee table at the Orange Ct. location and Kris took care of us. From the very beginning he was very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the products. Our experience with Kris makes us want to go back for future purchases. Thank you again Kris for everything! We will be back!

We were greeted as we walked through the door by Marla. She was very accommodating (my wife and I are both handicapped and slow moving) and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. She was readily able to answer all of our questions.
The only problem we had was the store is so massive, that by the time we got home, we needed a nap!

My wife and I were looking for a new leather sofa for our living room. We arrived at the Raymond clearance center and they had nothing we liked. We went over to the full service store on the post road. We were introduced to Walter who could not of been nicer. He wasn’t pushy or demanding of his time. We looked at a few pieces and told him we would think about it. He explained to just leave a $25 refundable deposit to lock in the price. We did so and about two weeks later decided on the leather power sofa. He explained to us that the sofa went down another $150 and he set up a delivery date at our earliest convenience. I highly recommend Walter in Milford CT.

We had a great experience with Nova. Her knowledge of the products was great as she helped us make an educated decision on the best sectional that suited our needs. I will refer friends and family to her.

Great customer service from Sales person Nova! She was a great help with her suggestions once my husband and I told her what we were looking for. This was not my first experience with Nova and for this reason I specifically went to Raymour & Flanagan looking for her services. I will be looking for a new bed soon and I’m hoping to see Nova again during my next visit.
