We have gone into the Milford store twice this year and purchased new couches, coffee table, mattress and a living room chair. We had that delivered to VT. Sales and delivery staff were great.
Two weeks ago we ordered another chair to match on line for pick up. Easy and seamless once again!

I have been shopping with Nova since about 2011 and it’s always a pleasant experience! All I can say is there’s never any confusion, it never turns into a production, just a very pleasant shopping experience especially when you’re spending a lot of money on some!

A great experience! Jay helped us as soon as we walked in. We told him what we wanted and he directed us immediately! He knew what we wanted and names of furniture. He walked us through financing. He gave us tips in furniture we had purchased in the past that we were having trouble with like moving sectional couch and removing dresser drawers. Much knowledge about furniture and Raymour. I left very pleased.

Kraig was once again great to work with. also we met Gary Scarvigon(?) who was also very helpful.

The online purchase was misleading. Said the discount would be taken at purchase, and it wasn't. I had been a Raymour buyer for years. Very disappointed.

Excellent help in choosing a mattress…well trained and answered my questions fully.

Harry was not pushy and was extremely helpful in helping us pick out our new bed.

I was hung up on twice and once I went into store regarding my purchase was greeted by someone who didn’t seem to want to be bother told me to go to side of Bldg where longhorn was and wait and they would bring out my order set there in wrong location for 20 mins call store hung up on again and called back then told guy would come out so I know I was in right place well that never happened so decided to drive to back of Bldg and noticed a small sign that said pickup here.
I finally put tables together today only to see a dent in side table which is noticeable but at this point just going to let it be

Excellent Customer Service--Ordered dresser on line and it is being delivered within four days--got confirmation right away with Delivery Date and timeframe.

We worked with Harry Sponseller. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He has a great personality. It was a pleasure to work with him. He didn’t pressure us and that is a big one with us. He helped us figure out about getting our furniture to Florida with no problems. He is definitely an asset to the company. We look forward to enjoying our new furniture!
