Really nice selection, salespeople were not pushy or overbearing. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a bit of confusion when it came to delivery - 2 times were given which resulted in an entire day reserved, instead of 3 hour window.

Chaz was very cordial!easy to work with but unfortunately an old phone number was on file~took longer to provide credit card info & process my order…

Our sale rep Aida she made us feel at ease and was instrumental in helping us find the right mattress and bed frame for us.

I had 3 servers to look at from looking online but wanted to see them in person. So it was a quick sale, and getting it delivered on Saturday.

My name is Young Hwang ,a mother of Woong Hwang who bought a couch and a name brand mattress recently , and I was there too , and we have had a wonderful experience from their staffs in customer experiences, specially a man name, Kristopher Milardo who helped us from the beginning to the end , and made us happy as he could .

During the process, one issue occurred unexpectedly in it, but he had tried everything to solve the matter within his ability to handle , and eventually called his manager ( ?) to deal as we requested to be done, and did it in perfect with our favor.

He and his manager tried to listen carefully everything I said in matter with reverence I felt.

We are so grateful for that and appreciate to all the staffs who helped us , and pray that your business continues to prosper .

We needed to buy a reclining chair for a post operation recovery. We were assisted by Rebeca who knew what we needed, what they had in stock and guided us quickly through the process. Very professional.

Kristopher WITH A K was so wonderful and helpful. He gave me so many excellent options. We came in on a Saturday afternoon only halfway knowing what we wanted and he found us the perfect compromise, even rearranged the display so we could see the couch with a different ottoman. I already can’t wait to go back to him and pick dining room furniture.

Our experience with Tamisha was nothing less than spectacular. She was able to provide us with all the details and features of the couch and delivery. Tamisha gave us the time and space to decide what the best option would be for our new couch and made the process a smooth one. We highly recommend her services and are blessed to have worked with her.

My wife and I were pleased with our experience, looking for a new mattress. AIXA MERCEDES The Sleep Consultant had us lay on many different mattress. Explained the difference firmness’s. We were not rushed to make a decision. Then we look at the bases. And decided on ERGO split king base.and off to customer service to finish the purchase.

I live in the state of Oregon and was looking for help with selecting and puts chair for my brother with specific needs. I worked over the phone with your salesperson Nova in the Orange, Ct store. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and stepped up beyond measure finding the right power lift recliner that will be great for my brother. I know he will love it.
