Jane was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Bought a sofa but delivery ruined our door. They have not reached out to us despite many calls and sending pictures. Certainly not the way to do business. No one could answer what their process is for damage. Shame

Tamisha was very patient and helpful while I was in the store looking for coffee tables for my living room. She took her time to help me find the exact type of tables that I was looking for!

I have bought a few things over the years but the attention I got yesterday was fantastic. So helpful to have a saleswoman with so many years working there and the knowledge and experience she had was a big plus. Her name is nova very nice.

I want to shout out Kathy Marris from the Orange, CT store. She was extremely helpful with my mattress purchase, which can feel overwhelming given all the options and price points. She is very knowledgeable and patient!!

Your Orange, CT sales staff is very courteous & professional. We were greeted by Nova Lynn as we entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about the products & it was easier to navigate through the extensive range of furniture on display.

Items that the store didn't carry but were available on your online store, Nova pulled those up on a large screen display at the store. She also reviewed financing options & discounts offered by the store.

We were very pleased with our visit (our first to a Raymour store) & with help from Nova we purchased a few items as well. We will definitely visit the store again in the very near future to shop for a few additional items. Many thanks to Nova for guiding us & helping us with our selection.
