Awesome experience and a great salesperson!

Aldo my sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable on the products I was purchasing.

Came in to look at sofas and loveseats. We worked with Walter Krauchick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. He did not pressure us into any purchase. He gave us the time needed to make our decision. This was much appreciated. We ended up buying the perfect power reclining sofa and loveseat. Would highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Thank you again Walter.

Great customer service

Raymour and Flanigan has been exceptional not only in the quality of their beds but also in their customer service. My situation was not a simple one with many trips, back-and-forth and many calls back-and-forth but every single person I spoke with, was very nice, very polite, very willing to help me until finally they got me what I needed and wanted. I am very happy with the product and with my relationship with Raymour And Flannigan and the people who work there. Thank you very much.

Many choices, good deals and seller was very helpful and cater our needs.

Actually my sales person was good however when the furniture I purchased went on sale two days later and I called the store to speak to the sales person I was assured I would receive a refund. That was two weeks ago and several phone calls along with going back to the store. I have punched furniture in the past from the same store without any problems. One piece has not been delivered yet and I am considering cancelling the order.
