Great staff, easy to work with at the Canandaigua NY location. I will be back in the near future to purchase more furniture!

Our salesman was very helpful and helped my wife look at several options.
We have been looking for new living room furniture for quite a while.
We started with the manager a couple weeks ago but on the day we returned he was off. He was also very helpful in helping with colors and questions.

Ken, our salesman, guided us shopping for a new mattress. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and did not present any pressure. We did purchase a new bed, and will soon purchase a new living room set.

Thank you Ken, we appreciated your expertise and kindness.

All the sales representatives where excellent!! I really feel they care about there customers, when met at the door they ask what they could help us with and they directed us to where we wanted to look - the sales people where not high pressure, and where very very helpful - I had a great experience at the Canandaigua location and would highly recommend all my friends and family to go there for furniture!!!

Our sales person was truly wonderful, very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when I kept asking additional questions and changing things around on her. They have a great selection of mattresses to choose from, but I do miss the extras (free pillow, mattress protector, sheep stuffed animal, etc) that used to be thrown in when you spent quite a bit, it used to make me feel appreciated for my business. Would have been nice after purchasing 2 mattresses and adjustable bases to have something given as an appreciative token.

We had a great experience with Chris, sale representative. She allowed us time to look around. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service, no pressure. Gina Plante waited on us. She was very polite, personable, had the information we needed, and made us feel comfortable. She even walked away from my wife and I, to give a few moments to discuss our thoughts. Couldn’t have had a better experience and I have personally been in retail for 40 years. 2 thumbs up!

Unfortunately you’re grossly over priced on your furniture I can find the same items on eBay or Amazon with free shipping for 1/3 to 1/4 of the price that you are selling your furniture so why would I shop with you why spend $1000 when I can spend 300 correct

Our sales rep was awesome! She greeted us when we walked in, but didn't pressure us as we were trying out and looking at furniture. When we made our decision, she was right there to help. She made a very stressful for me situation extremely relaxing. I can't thank her enough.

My sales woman was very helpful. I liked that she let us look on our own and when we were ready she was there to help us. I am always satisfied with my Raymond and Flanagan purchases and will continue to shop there.
