We were greeted immediately by the sales person who was quite friendly and took us to the section we needed. Showed us the various items, explained any questions we had, took down information and was generally quite pleasant. Sale was made.

We were able to take our time without a salesman following us around. Was able to receive delivery within two days.

Ken Porter and rest of staff They were excellent went above and beyond to help me in a emergency for my elderly father. I will always call him first with future needs.

I was in and out, easy decisions made with the help of Christina Kansco. I can’t wait to enjoy my new bed! Much appreciated!

The salesman was very helpful. He knew all about different pieces of furniture. Up to date on all.Made us feel at home. We were just looking but when he stepped in ....very very helpful on getn us a chair. Now we are thinking about a couch and if we decide to buy a new one....we will be back. Thank you bro.

The service was great. The manager listened to what we wanted talked with us showed us and helped us to make our decision with the answers that we needed.

Our salesman was top notch. He made us feel at home while trying different mattress’s. Not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. Definitely will go back.

The delivery gentleman were fast, friendly and professional. The only thing I would suggest is to give your drivers plastic booties to wear over their shoes when they are walking on customers carpets. Thank you!!!

Worst, most careless and incompetent billing and ordering customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been told multiple times since October that I’d be receiving a refund for a charge that they incurred in error, I’ve gotten nothing but lip service and bulls…t. This entire order has been a nightmare, beginning in July with a botched mattress order. At that time, I was told the mattress would be delivered in 10 days…two weeks later, I followed up and was told I could schedule a delivery time but something seemed off, so I asked for a higher-up. Come to find out, the order hadn’t even yet been placed to the warehouse. ???? The mattress was finally delivered, almost 2 months after I ordered it, but it was nothing like the website description. I’m not even sure it was the right one. I exchanged it on 10/22, at which time they overcharged me for a delivery fee. I was told on that day that the overcharge plus cost difference would be returned to my credit card “in a day or two.” It’s now 12/10 and after three follow up attempts with responses like “3-5 business days!” and yesterday’s clincher, “the check went out on 11/2!” (the 3-5 days response was on 11/13), I’m still waiting and beyond disgusted.
