Bruce was the reason I bought. He was personable, professional, and gave zero run around. I was just browsing and raymour had what I wanted. Bruce sold it!

Greeted by sales associate quickly...appreciated his willingness to help answer my questions without any pressure. Very cordial, helpful, giving me time to digest information on various mattresses and doing my homework at home to research and return later to make a final decision. So grateful Raymour & Flanigan had the organic Avocado mattresses on display for the customer to try in person. For me that was the game changer. From start to finish including delivery & personnel, this was an excellent experience and highly recommend shopping here.

The greating is the best. Of course you have a reason for walking in.They say may I lead you in the right direction. I don't believe that I was sold anything .All th choices that I made where mine.This is the only place that I will buy furniture.

I was not told I would be opening a line of credit with Raymour and Flanigan!!!! Because of this there was a hard inquiry done and my credit score dropped. I told the salesperson I wanted to use my credit card TWICE. I said I would be able to pay it off it in total in July TWICE because I had a large CD maturing. ( $74,000). Hard Inquiries remain on your credit report for two years and you can only have three on your report in total before your credit request is denied. I now have two, having got a Macy's card in December 2023. I also told the salesperson at least THREE times I wanted to be called at 585 398 7676 for all communications. He kept telling me I would receive texts and e mails. Prior to finding out about the hard inquiry, credit drop score and now being down to just one hard inquiry I would have given him a high score. But now I am appalled because I told him about my credit score (813) he told me it was higher than his!! Maybe that is why I keep close attention. Recently I had a credit check at a bicycle shop where they took my card and did a SOFT INQUIRY, which based on my conversation with the salesperson I was led to believe thta was what was about to occur. AT NO TIME was I EVER TOLD about opening a line of credit with Raymour and Flanigan. He simply blew up a wonderful smoke screen to make the sale. I majored in chemistry and minored in calculus and physics. Fool me once shame on you.......

We were met at the door by Ken Porter, who listened carefully to our needs, and then explained the wide variety of choices that were available to look at in the store! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and after guiding us to the various pieces we might be interested in, he took us to a large touchscreen console and showed us items that were available but not in the store. We found one that was perfect for our needs, and Ken completed the order and walked with us to the cashier (Gloria?) who was also very pleasant and courteous! The entire transaction was low pressure and really quite enjoyable! Our piece is on order, and we are completely happy with our purchase, and even happier with how we were treated!! A+ Raymour&Flanigan...awesome job!

We dealt with Chris for the second time. She was very helpful without any pressure. We are very pleased with our purchases. We would recommend both Raymour and Chris to any of our friends and relatives.

I bought exactly what I was looking for at a good price.

Christina was able to hear my request about specific requirements for bar stools for our home. She researched what is available and consulted with two other people on the floor to be sure the information is correct. I appreciated her forthrightness. She is an excellent rep!
