Bill told us where in the store we would find what we were looking for. He then turned us loose. We found what we wanted and then he came to help us proceed to check out.

OUR SALESMAN WAS GREAT. HE MADE OUR PURCHASE GO VERY SMOOTHLY. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The gentleman that we talked to had no idea what was going on when I went to pick up our chair. We were told we would have to come back another day. Luckily, our lovely lady that we had worked with before came to our rescue and we were able to pick it up.

This is the worst location I have been too. Leaving this place made me sad and angry. The employees were rude and the building smelt rancid. Let alone the pricing was absurd. Never again.

I walked in and the salesman asked what I was looking for and I told him, and we went right over to what I was looking for. I told him I didn’t want to pay anymore than a certain amount and he was fine with that and he didn’t try to upswell me at all! I was in and out of there within a half hour. Great experience!

Web site easy to use found what we wanted at a good price and will be ready for store pickup within 1 to 3 weeks. Easy peasy.

Service was great. However when I called because I hadn't heard anything yet about when the furniture was in at the store so we could pick up, the woman that answered the phone said it was scheduled to be picked at the end of next month. I told her that we were supposed to pick it up today and it also said that on the receipt. She just laughed and and said " Oh so you want it sooner than February"? " It will be here on Monday then.". No sorry or there was some miscommunication. Just " It'll be here Monday.". If you made a mistake at least own up to it.
Might shop there again.......

We had a great experience at the Raymour store in Canandaigua, NY. The inventory of dining sets was quite extensive, took us a while to pick out a set but finally agreed on one.

Had a very good experience. Sales associate Gina Plante was very helpful answered all our questions and even priced everything out for with different configurations of furniture pieces. Ended up make a sizable purchase.
