Colour doesn't match and not much help
Ordered a silver metallic paint to match my cars colour code. When i used the paint on my car it was a different colour. Understand metallics in particular silver can be hard to match but the paint supplied was a shade or two darker.
Contacted rapid paints to see if there were any variants of the colour code to try but they responded saying their paint was right and they had never had any complaints before. Really unhelpful and haven't really tried to help me get a colour to match my paint.
I'll try one of the other suppliers to see if I have better luck.

Bank Holiday service
Discovered an issue with the paint I had ordered. E-mailed issue over bank holiday weekend and received a reply on same day saying that replacement would be sent day after bank holiday. Paint delivered by courier and is perfect. Thank you for the swift service - my VW camper appreciates it!
