Ordered Land Rover grey paint and was sent silver (only noticed after prepping and spraying 2 strokes)
Sent photos of the mismatch and had a couple of replies from Dylan then was ignored.
Terrible, may as well throw your money down the toilet.

Hi. Just opened my touch up paint. Order 92786. My car is Tornado Red. But I ordered matt black (for the upper door edges). Your delivery note says EBENHOLZ BLACK. But you sent me Tornado Red. Help please!

I ordered 1l of chlorinated rubber paint from Amazon£18,they only sent 500ml, I also ordered 2l from eBay £29 as the first lot wasn't enough and only 500ml arrived again,they claimed that £29 was for only 500ml. They refuse to fix the issue so I would definitely recommend being cautious if dealing with them

They send me the wrong colour and I try to send them email they don't answer the phone number they provide always disconnected avoid it's a scam

But . They went well above your average supplier to correct it
End result was very good.. also very quick

Ordered paint for my VW Golf, arrived very quickly, well packaged and a perfect match for my car. Glad to see not too much packaging and a couple of glass / screen wipes enclosed too ! Very well priced would definitely use again and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Ordered paint, arrived with a bottle had leaked, emailed and sent photo. Took a long time to get back to me but did eventually resove the issue.

Auto Car Paint UK (also known as Scooby's Paint) are a fantastic company. Not only do they sell high quality car spray paint colour matched to manufactures paint code via their very easy to use matching system database. but they were also able to help me out when I had a problem and able to facilitate a very acceptable solution (the problem was not anything to do with Auto Car Paint UK). They were easily available for communication making me as a customer feel very reassured, especially in this modern era of the dreaded helpful / no help / time wasting robot chat machine also known as AI. I will be using Scooby's paint again, they have now become one of my favorite online companies!

Delivered a bottle that was leaking.
Contacted Dylan, his response was that the contents was still usable.
Anyone with the most elementary knowledge of chemistry knows that automotive paints are not homogeneous fluids,so if it leaks in transit, the remnant cannot be as originally constituted.

Avoid this company like the plague.
Pity I cant give them minus 5 stars.

Not a very good experience. Received grey primer instead of white and that too the primer was all squeezed out of the bottle. I had already emailed them right after placing the order and before the seller shipping was done to me that there was no way on the website to order a white primer but only grey, so please send the white one with colour code. They responded me after one week, after the delivery was done, and said that if I can now ship back the grey primer at my cost then they'll ship the right primer. Unfortunately, white doesn't appears on website. I told them that I will do that as I need the white one but also told that in shipping the grey primer was also squeezed out of the bottle. And they never responded after that.

The website says, "No need for a lacquer coat as our paint has the lacquer incorporated into the mixture." Sadly the paint did not shine like the existing paint on the car.

The bottle was labelled with the correct name but barely matched. As it was a tiny stone chip I put up with the paint.

So 2 stars implying below average.

Dylan answered my questions immediately and my order was delivered within 48hours. The paint is a good match.

Been waiting 2 weeks for an order with no tracking number but on there website they say if your sending stuff back any item over £30 best to use tracking so not taking there own advice then been in contact about missing order after a week they said will look into but another week later still nothing Iv ask for a refund but I’m doubting I’ll even get that back.

Great personalised service from Dylan and well priced. Colour didn't quite match my kitchen stool, however the service provided made up for it :)

Very pleased with the paint. Opacity and viscosity of paint are very good, resulting in good coverage and ease of application. Very good colour match and generally quick drying in cold conditions. Good customer service.

I received my paint on time. However, the primer failed to materialise. I contacted Dylan and he quickly sent out a replacement that arrived promptly. Thanks for a quick resolution and good communication!

We have a great colour sofa kind of yellow after about 5years some of the colour was removed due to the leather folding on itself and looked unsightly so after looking around on various sights found Denny's paint (colour canyon) wow perfect match gave it 4 coats Thanks Denny's
