I received exactly what i required, which was easy to find on their website. The colour matches perfectly including undercoat and the finish makes the repair look like new. So i am very happy with what i have received, incidentally in a timely fashion.

Excellent seller. Better price than I could get locally. I got metallic grey for A19 year old pickup . The match was near perfect considering the original paint that it matched up to was so old . Takes about 5 days to deliver to Dublin Ireland which is fairly good. Cans well packed and sealed 10/10

Great communication. Good quality undiluted paint.
Honest 1:1 with base coat thinner.
1 litre tin with 250ml paint sent. Would recommend decanting to a smaller tin of not used immediately.

I've used Rapid paints several times now, the delivery is always very quick, the prices have been some of the cheapest. Their direct to gloss paint I've been using has been excellent, great vibrant colours and gloss, it also lays down very nicely.

I started using Rapid Paints UK, earlier this year and I can by experience the service is rapid! When I think about all the time lost waiting for delivery from other companies I wish I had looked deeper into finding a company like this!

I’ve got some products like
Base coat for my Mercedes and Clear coat.
After use this I can say it’s a good product.
I will buy some different Basecoat to paint my wife’s car . I recommend for every one buy at Rapid Paints

Products are extremely poor quality. The paint system is terrible as the colour is way off. They said there’s other products I needed but I entered the paint code in their system and came up with the kit that was needed. The paint is so thin and as I stated the colour is awful. Ended up using another company. Exactly the same paint code and boom a prefect colour match.
Customer services only seem interested in delaying a refund. After a lot of emails they said 50% refund paint ie touch up paint. Then after more emails they said full refund on touch up paint and send any unopened spray cans back at my own cost. The product they sold isn’t as stated so it’s a clear full refund under customer rights law but they’re not interesting in customers. Honestly the company is poor quality through out. Stay away and use another paint supplier is my advice.

Reasonably priced paint, good quality very happy with the service

Purchased a 30ml. bottle of touch up paint for my Mercedes. Order arrived quickly, however when applied, the paint has a matte finish when dry. Expected a gloss finish. Emailed Rapid Paints to ask for advice, still waiting for a reply. Have re sent email, hopefully they may have the good manners to reply.

My go to when needing to colour match perfectly when working on my cars. Quick delivery and perfect customer service.
