We wanted to replace the previous range cooker supplied by this firm, However we were disappointed to learn that they do not deliver, disconnect and reconnect. They would deliver and, reluctantly remove the old one but not disconnect and reconnect even though the power circuit exists and it would be a simple job to unscrew the three wires and screw in the new ones in the same order. We will now put our custom with a national retailer who does offer the full service seamlessly. M.J. Ramage

Shannon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her wat to provide an excellent professional service.

From the very first communication with Rangecookers they could not have been more helpful and professional. I contacted them asking many questions about the cooker I intended to buy and NOTHING was too much trouble.
Shannon was an absolute delight and went out of her way to ensure that my order was delivered on the correct day as I ordered a few weeks prior to delivery.

We bought a cooker from
Range cookers unfortunately we had a couple of problems with it but we received fabulous customer service and everything was sorted out straightaway. We are very pleased with our purchase but especially the customer service

Rangecookers were great and offered an excellent service from the get go. Great advice on the range of products, easily one of the most competitive in price. Swift process and delivery. Only caveat was their installation engineer was only able to do Gas - our cooker was dual fuel. 4/5 stars otherwise!

Despite my order of a Rangemaster cooker turning into a nightmare, my dealings with Rangecookers.co.uk were very good indeed. No quibble when I had to cancel the Rangemaster, instant offer of a full refund, help in choosing an alternative range cooker and organising delivery. The person I dealt with, Shannon, deserves special praise.

A mixed experience mostly due to the courier; but will explain further:
1) Initially bought the item and then found out I had to pay an extra £210 for delivery due to my access complications. This wasn’t advertised upfront, so became an unexpected cost.
2) Confirmed delivery and then a few hours realised I needed to change the date. The courier tried charging me extra but thankfully Rangecookers covered it for me (thank you!).
3) On delivery it was supposed to include delivery and installation as per Rangecookers offers for the month when I bought it. However, the courier on arrival said installation was not included. So, I didn’t get that service. I contacted Rangecookers, they said they will investigate and get back to me. It’s now been over 1 week and I can’t be bothered chasing, so I paid £120 extra out of pocket to someone locally for installation.

So overall, product is great, courier service was bad and service was very mixed.

Great cooker, excellent installation

Bought a Deluxe Classic about a year ago. There were some issues with meeting delivery dates but the service team (led by Michael) were excellent and ended up delivering on time.
We're so pleased with the oven. It's the focal point of our kitchen which we had replaced at the same time. The five gas burners + two electric rings are great when you're cooking multiple dishes/elements. The ovens and grill heat quickly and maintain temperature well. It's easy to clean and looks amazing.

Very professional installers (Lak and Mark), installation fee well worth the money. Cooker itself is fine, no complaints so far, nice bit of kit.

This was my first purchase of a range cooker so I wanted to make sure I got the right one. Instead of getting confused by the vast amount of them online I decided to go to Rangecookers. I called in to the showroom and I was greeted by Mike who showed me the options available for what I needed. The showroom is amazing and the team are very warm and friendly. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I went home to think about my options and called the next day to ask more questions which were answered quickly by Jo and Shannon so I was more than happy to place my order. Shannon went through everything with me and made the whole process very easy. I have now been using my new cooker for a good few months and couldn’t be happier with it. The service I received from Rangecookers has been excellent from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the Rangecookers team.

Easy order process, lots of options given in store, and great feedback after ordering. Sam was so pleasant to deal with. Our new range cooker is so efficient too, having moved to dual fuel, and they were able to advise on connections needed before delivery.

My cooker was delivered very professionally, but the timer clock wasn’t working properly , the men who delivered it said that if it’s faulty the cooker should’ve replace , phoned up about it they sent an engineer that said they could send for the part but really the cooker should be replaced , spoke to Pacifico Friday 14 th not heard anything back would really appreciate this sorting out please

First time we've dealt with this company and our experience was exactly as you hope it will be when dealing with someone new. Any queries we had were dealt with and the relevant information was sent to us promptly - excellent service which filled us with confidence.

Delivery drivers was 2 hours late an I wasn’t informed when cooker was unwrapped their was 2 major parts missing from top of cooker had to wait for delivery of them few days later
