I’d like to thank everyone at R&J leather at Birkenshaw. You made the whole experience of buying my mum’s leather sofas exceptional.
My mum is 91 years old & was delighted with the care & professionalism provided to support the sale & delivery of her leather sofas, as we all were.
The staff at every point were more than helpful & very pleasant in their manner.
Thank you R&J Leather it’s been a pleasure working with you & you made an elderly lady extremely happy.👍👍👍

Delivery staff,James & Grant,where given the incorrect address, Initially. Which was not their fault.
When they arrived they delivered & assembled the sofa proffesionally and removed the wrapping, taking it with them

Elaine in the Hamilton store was helpful and friendly and our suite arrived almost to the date she advised!
Very happy with the suite even though the colour is not quite what I had imagined.
Delivery staff were lovely, very helpful and polite and even came back right away when I called to say one of the recliners wasn’t working. Just a wee bit of packing that hadn’t been removed.
Happy to recommend this company for good service throughout.

My sofa arrived from the Hamilton store last Tuesday 26/05/26 the and we love it. The delivery was fantastic Grant and James sorted everything cannot thank them enough. First class service and delivery from start to finish.

To be honest I was apprehensive because the entry door was not wide and the kitchen was too tight. The guys braved the wet decking and brought it in the patio doors. Stress free for me at least. Professional, friendly can't fault them. Plus I love my sofas. Thanks to all from ordering to delivery

Elaine in the uddingston branch was great at advising and not pushy and they held onto the settees until I was ready for them I would certainly recommend buying from them

Had our Chesterfield chairs delivered this morning, we are well pleased with the quality of chairs. James and Grant were the delivery guys and were very pleasant and helpful.

The delivery team were second to none. Very friendly and informative. Both James and Grant were very helpful polite and jovial . The store experience was very good and despite the waiting times the suite was worth it.

Visited the Uddingston branch last week and was met by a lovely lady called Elaine. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and she was most helpful pushing me around the store showing and advising us what would be of benefit to me. She was very professional throughout and we ended up purchasing two power recliners.

We had our suite delivered today. However the sofa was too big to fit through the door, James & Grant carefully dismantled it, & reassembled it once it was in the house.
Delivery was very efficient, the guys very polite and helpful.
This is our 2nd suite from R&J Leather, the quality is superb

When i went to choose my suite Elaine was very pleasant and helpful, and on the day of delivery James andGrant phoned me to give a time when they would deliver, also they both were very patient as my upstairs flat is quite narrow but they managed and they both were very pleasant and helpful nothing was a bother to them .

Sofas delivered bang on time. Bought from Hamilton store where the staff were very good, professional and friendly. Sofas delivered by James and Grant who were also very friendly and courteous.

The service provided by the shop staff and the two men, James and Grant who delivered the suite. They set the whole thing up, checked the electric recliners were working. They also asked exactly where we wanted things placed. Two very pleasant, accimmodating individuals. Definitely five stars
