Would highly recommend R&J Leather. Excellent customer service, delivery date met, telephoned on the day of delivery with time slot and delivered by Jamie and James who were brilliant very friendly and they positioned the suite exactly where we wanted.

Excellent customer service from R & J leather (Hamilton) from the date I placed my order to the delivery by 2 fantastic staff - James and Jamie who were very professional in the way they delivered my sofas into my home.

Sofas were purchased from Hamilton store, customer service was exactly what we wanted. Advice and enquiries responded to promptly and otherwise we were allowed to browse at our leisure. Perfect.
Delivery guys James, Jamie and Steven were friendly and competent throughout, positioning the sofas where we wanted them and removing all packaging.

Fantastic experience from choosing suite to the delivery. Elaine in the Uddingston showroom was very helpful and patient with her recommendations to my mum who is elderly and wanted a specific style.
James and Jamie were very polite and proficient with the delivery. They checked over the suite and ensured recliners were working before leaving. Great customer service all round.

Excellent service from R & Leather, absolutely delighted my new leather suite. From the sales lady in the showroom from Udfingston Pauline, to the delivery guys David and his colleague. Extremely professional and courteous.

R and J Leather delivered my recliner and recliner set all the way from Scotland to Calne in Wiltshire Jamie and Kyle were extremely professional in setting every thing up and explaining the controls. Would recommend R & J Leather as they can deliver all the way from Scotland to the West of England!!

Had my sofa's delivered in October during Storm Amy and the guys were fantastic, very professional and extremely friendly. As was the manager of the Uddingston store, very professional, friendly and took time to chat with us. Would definitely recommend this store. Service at store in May was excellent, slight delay with suite, said letter was sent but its still to arrive. These things happen.
Delivery was excellent 2 lads James& Jamie really helpful, polite and professional. Positioned suite where I asked them, and gave advice on cleaning and care. There a credit to R &J so these guys swung you back to a 5 star review!!!

We visited your Uddingston branch on 24th of September. We were greeted by Elaine who was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave great advice and unlike other furniture stores where the staff hound you all the time, she said she was nearby if we needed her. I found this gave us the freedom to browse at our leisure. She let us take leather examples outside to get the true colour in natural light which was great. This enabled us to make a decision and we ended up ordering a suite. She even offered us a cuppa while we were trying to decide which colour to go for. Overall this was a much more pleasant experience than some other stores.

Bought a 3, 2 @ 1 with two large foot stools before COVID lockdown and they still look like new , bought from Uddingston store and lady salesperson was so helpful, only thought about it now as so many people commenting on sofas
