I’m so late in writing a review, our shutters were fitted in November & i’m so pleased with them, they look good, easy to clean & maintain, from start to completion we highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the new shutters. They look better than initially imagined. They have been installed very neatly, and we have had no problems using them.

Great service . Great guy not at all pushy when he came to give me the price quote . The installation guy did a great job . Very friendly customer service team . On tiny issue is I’d liked them to have had more communication with me re when my shutters would be ready for delivery and installation . However great service all round .

3 big windows and a medium fitted over two levels in about 4hrs. Bradley, the installation specialist, has done a fantastic job, polite, professional and ready to answer every question you have! They look stunning!! Even my old tatty kitchen looks good with this shutters!! Happy days!
Bradley came half an hour early and everything got cleared at the end of the day!

Following my previous review, I would like to provide an update regarding my experience with ShuttersUp.

After raising my concerns, the company responded and has now taken steps to address the issue. I appreciate that they have arranged an appointment and provided clearer communication on the next steps.

I am impressed by their willingness to take the matter seriously and work towards a resolution. This has been a noticeable improvement compared to my earlier experience.

While the initial delay and lack of updates were disappointing, it is reassuring to see a more responsive approach.

Based on this progress, I have updated my rating to 4 stars to reflect the improvement, and I hope the service will continue to meet expectations going forward.

I am writing to share my experience with ShuttersUp warranty service, which has been both frustrating and concerning.

In August 2025, we reported a fault with one of the locks that secures the shutter to the ground. An engineer attended and confirmed that a replacement part was required, with an estimated lead time of approximately 8 weeks.

Since then, the process has been significantly delayed:
• There has been no proactive communication; I have had to repeatedly chase for updates.
• In December, upon following up, I was informed that the manufacturer had failed to dispatch the part, meaning a further 8-week wait.
• Since then, updates have remained vague, with assurances that we would be “kept informed”, which has not been the case.

It has now been approximately 12 weeks since December, and we still have no confirmed timeline for when the part will arrive or when the repair will be completed.

This level of delay, combined with the lack of clear communication and follow-up, is very disappointing and concerning, particularly for a warranty-related issue.

I would reasonably expect:
• Proactive and timely updates
• Clear and reliable timelines
• Proper follow-up with suppliers

At this stage, I would appreciate a clear resolution and a confirmed timeframe for completing the repair.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in after-sales support.

Lots of communication from day one and perfect time keeping. Final fitting was timely and with a lovely young guy explaining everything.

We recently had shutters installed by ShuttersUp and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish the service was excellent and very professional.

A special thank you to Lance, the sales specialist, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain all the options clearly and helped us choose the perfect shutters for our home without any pressure.

Also a big thank you to Albanit, the installer, who did a fantastic job. His workmanship was outstanding, the installation was precise and tidy, and he made sure everything was perfectly fitted before leaving. You can really tell he takes pride in his work.

Great experience from the very beginning, not your typical hard sales approach. The first person listened to what we wanted, gave good suggestions that maximised the value whilst still providing exactly what we wanted. The person who came to fit the blinds was friendly, respectful and did what he needed too without any fuss, bother or inconvenience, quickly and expertly. The whole experience was so positive and we are so pleased with the finished results. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting something similar. The warranty that followed proactively after also provided confidence. Our entire experience with the ShuttersUp team - from initial quote to final installation - has been an absolute pleasure.

Bradley, who did our installation, was brilliant: he arrived early, was as neat as a pin, and was incredibly professional throughout - it goes without saying but we are elated with the final product!

An exceptionally friendly company to deal with from the salesman, the friendly office staff and the surveying and fitting team. The salesman , Robert, came with a complete set of samples which were very helpful in helping us to decide what we wanted and at the right price. The process from then involved accurate measurements by the friendly surveyor , Tom, and the subsequent fitting a few months later by another friendly face, Tom 2, who had all the shutters fitted in a day, no mess no fuss no problems. I would recommend them to anyone considering shutters.

A smooth journey from our initial consultation through to installation. Helpful and professional staff and we were always kept informed on delivery and installation dates. Our fitter was very helpful and tidied everything away at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this company.

From first enquiry to fitting of our shutters the experience was first class. The company made sure everything was perfect before the order was placed. Bradley the fitter was meticulous with the fitting, even making adjustments to make the shutters look better. Would highly recommend and will be contacting them again for the two windows at the back of the house.
