Visited the Uddingston branch last week and was met by a lovely lady called Elaine. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and she was most helpful pushing me around the store showing and advising us what would be of benefit to me. She was very professional throughout and we ended up purchasing two power recliners.

We had our suite delivered today. However the sofa was too big to fit through the door, James & Grant carefully dismantled it, & reassembled it once it was in the house.
Delivery was very efficient, the guys very polite and helpful.
This is our 2nd suite from R&J Leather, the quality is superb

We had a slight issue with part of our Corner suite and the staff came took away and fixed same day. Very impressed .

Sofas delivered today by James and Grant. Two lovely guys really pleasant and efficient.

When i went to choose my suite Elaine was very pleasant and helpful, and on the day of delivery James andGrant phoned me to give a time when they would deliver, also they both were very patient as my upstairs flat is quite narrow but they managed and they both were very pleasant and helpful nothing was a bother to them .

Sofas delivered bang on time. Bought from Hamilton store where the staff were very good, professional and friendly. Sofas delivered by James and Grant who were also very friendly and courteous.

The service provided by the shop staff and the two men, James and Grant who delivered the suite. They set the whole thing up, checked the electric recliners were working. They also asked exactly where we wanted things placed. Two very pleasant, accimmodating individuals. Definitely five stars

Visited the Uddingston store today. Allowed to browse without heavy sales pressure, my pet hate. Elaine made our experience a pleasant one!
Elaine provided assistance where needed. She was pleasant and engaging. I throughly recommend R&J Leather and commend Elaine for her customer service.

The ladies in the Hamilton Store Lorraine and Pauline were very helpful and professional.
The delivery men James and Grant were excellent also very professional. Great guys, nothing was too much for them.
All the staff we dealt with were lovely.

All round happy with all services provided, James and Grant built my new bed today, still to try sleeping on it.

The delivery guy’s James and Grant phoned to give us a time slot for our recliner chair that we purchased from the Hamilton store, they delivered within that slot and they were very polite and helpful.

Grant and James kept in touch to let us know what was happening with the delivery. Arrived within the time they said and were very polite and friendly and had the sofa sorted in no time and took away all the packaging. Great service.

Ordered our new couch on 17th Oct 2025 at Hamilton branch. New couch delivered on 20th March 2026. Delivered by James and Grant who were amazing, so friendly and polite. 1st class service. Love our new couch too.

Approached by Pauline who was extremely helpful and her advice led us to order our leather sofas. They were delivered by James and Jamie who took great care and made sure that they were assembled and took all packaging away. We are very happy with R & J Leather and would definitely recommend them.

Delivery guys James and Jamie were exceptional,so professional and removed all packaging,as a returning customer to R&J leather I wouldn’t go anywhere else,there suites are second to none and last a lifetime.
