We always find Raja UK to be very efficient with quick delivery when ordering.

Delivered what was ordered the next day. Can't ask for more than that.

Had an issue with damaged boxes and missing goods on delivery. Craig sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. The whole order was replaced and delivered the next day.

We were looking for a supplier for shipping boxes, and luckily we came across this company.

The reason I say this is we are a small business starting out , and had many questions, and our orders are small compared to other company’s.

I spoke to a gentleman call Shiv, who from the very first call took the time to advise , explain and help me, which was amazing. I have placed 2 orders so far and because of the time and help received will continue to work with Shiv and this company.

Quick delivery, great products

Ordered 6 packing workstations, after checking that they were in stock. told 3 were available straight away so we were happy to wait for the others. Also ordered a roll of magnetic tape.

Tape arrived Monday, no contact on anything else.
Chased on Monday, told would receive call back.

Call never came, so chased again, No news. Promised call back... call never came.

Chased again. Promised call back. Still waiting.

All we want to know is are these likely to arrive soon, or should we look elsewhere, somewhere that can actually control their stock levels?

It is too much to ask to know what is going on, when we originally ordered them a week ago with promised 24 hour delivery, ie Monday!

Looking at the actual item review, this is not the first time RAJA have had this issue, but thought and hoped it was a one off. Clearly not.

I noticed you reply to all comments on here, so hence the 1 star review, which would not have been needed or made if your reps actually offered customer service and updated us on this order, especially when we checked before we ordered that you had stock!
