The products were fine but the courier company they use is awful.
To receive a notification that a delivery will be made between 08:00-18:00 with no live tracking is simply not acceptable in 2024 - not all the order was delivered and 1 box contained not packaging material but plastic flower pots?
You need to change to DPD they do everything your current company do not

I'm sorry to hear about your most recent experience with us.
Our delivery partner has a success rate of 98% for next day deliveries within the timeframe advised. However, this doesn't excuse those that aren't successfully delivered. We're always open to feedback and look to making improvements to help our customer's journey.
I'm really sorry to hear the bubble from your order was missing and delivered at a later date. In some cases, larger items on orders such as bubble, eco flo etc are sent separately due to the size and nature of the product. This is to ensure we're preventing any damage in transit. I completely understand your frustration and can see why this would cause you to feel that the courier company we use isn't one your happy with.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. I'd like to reassure you that this feedback will be taken on board and put forward to our delivery partner.

Items not delivered
Items not delivered, when chased we were advised that they were out of stock, no communication of this, the goods just didn't arrive .
Purchased elsewhere and now seeking refund.

Delivery nightmare
Delivery - if it can be called that - was a TOTAL disaster. I'm pretty sure I pointed out courier deliveries CANNOT be made to s PO Box and gave alternative instructions with the order. There followed a nightmare sequence of failed communications with DX. You must have your reasons for using them, but it is easier to contact HMRC than them!

Metal racking feet.…
I had a small problem with the delivery but RAJA UK quickly resolved the situation!?! The product arrived as per their email, was packaged securely and the product arrived undamaged!?! The product is perfect for my needs, perfectly described on their website, absolutely no complaints whatsoever, highly recommended them and their product!?!
