Items arrived damaged and late
Items arrived damaged. No protection during transit. Courier service second rate. Paid for next day delivery, took 4 days to arrive. Overall, not impressed.

Nothing to do with the company its self just choice of delivery company and there poor performance, my package was left in a corridor for hotel guests and could have been taken by anyone, the receptionist at Raja did look into the delivery and report back to me.

Always available by phone and very professional
I have made quite a few orders and they have all been successful, in no small part due to the politeness, professionalism and sheer patience of the sales team (particularly Kiran and Syed) .. I often ask about new product lines, change my mind mid order and am not great with product codes, sizes, etc, but we always find a way .. they tell me about 'price breaks' and never forget to tie down the delivery address, which for our company, can vary .. and the goods always arrive the next day which is supremely efficient .. in reality I can't fault the service from start to finish, well done!

Misleading information on website
I Have ordered pallet wrap pack of 6 rolls. Extended Cardboard Core Black Blown Stretch Film, 30% Recycled, 25 Micron, 500mm x 200m, Pack of 6 (Price is pack of 6 on website and I have ordered 6 I should receive 36 but received only 6 single. I have been charged £121.74 excluding VAT. One roll cost me £20.29 where you can buy this roll on amazon £5 - £6 maximum. When i contacted customer service they ask me to retune the parcel on my own cost and there will be 30% deduction to restore the product back in warehouse. Very disappointed with their service and misleading description of the products on website.

As discussed yesterday, much of our pricing is advertised with bulk purchases in mind as most of our customers would like to know, not only the full order total at the end of the order but also the breakdown of the price per item when sold in packs, to establish they are receiving the best value for that item. As a result, items usually purchased in bulk quantities, although sold in packs, are priced per item. On the website, we endeavour to make this as clear as possible with additional wording for clarity. I am so sorry this was not visible enough for you and I have fed this information back to our marketing department.
I can see that you have been a loyal customer for many years and have placed several orders via our website. I assure you that our pricing structure has not changed during the time you have been trading with us.
To clarify the returns process, there is a 30-day period given from purchase for returns. The 30% restocking charge is only levied when the items are not returned within that period and is not an automatic step. I am pleased that your Account manager has been successful in liaising with you further to our contact and offering a suitable resolution to this case. I encourage you to utilise the benefit your account is afforded with the services of an Account manager. His expertise will be of ongoing value to you.
I hope the above offers some clarity and that your account manager has ended this experience in a more positive light.
