The most greedy company people I ever seen, they just think about their pocket, once they pull you in through thier manipulative sells tongue, that's it, they won't care about your pocket.

Very disappointed with this car insurance company. The communication was poor, and I kept getting different answers from different representatives. I had to constantly follow up just to get updates, and it seemed like no one knew what is happening . I cancelled this insurance and it's been a full month and still waiting for my refund, and they kept a lot of unnecessary fees without clear explanation. For the price I pay, I expected much better service and transparency.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
