Jus renewed a policy, firstly dealt with Tarin who made it all really easy and straight forward, tyler was immensely helpful throughout and meg was incredibly professional during the finalisation of the new policy. And Dan in finance was super helpful when it came to changing my installment dates. From start to finish these guys and girls were all amazing! Would and will reccomend

I spoke with Hannah on customer department and she was fully understanding of the personal issues I’ve been dealing with that’s affected my finances. She was very reassuring very helpful very kind and very supportive. She went above and more to help me with my insurance and didn’t once make me feel like I was being a burden , more like a friend in need. Definitaly will recommend this company thank you

I gave this company one star because the process has been very frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. I have already provided my current insurance policy and a certificate confirming that I have no claims.

Despite this, they continued to request additional documents that are not realistic to provide, such as a renewal notice from my previous insurer, even though my current policy still has about four months remaining before it expires.

The repeated requests and lack of clear communication make the process difficult and time-consuming. I expected a more professional and organised service from an insurance company.

Carly is a brilliant customer service agent. Makes you feel like a family. She will never let you down:)

Don’t waste your time, they’ll refuse to accept your no claims bonus no matter how many different documents you send them oh and let’s not forget add £400 to the first payment because that’s what they’ll do when you try to buy the policy and tell you that it was a system error. They’ll then leave you alone for a week or so but then you’ll start to get bombarded with emails, texts and calls from them telling you that your no claims can’t be accepted and they’re cancelling your policy unless you pay them even more money.

They never sell you what you got online. Ok price can increase £100, 200 but they increased it in thousands and favour you by giving few quids discount and saying its valid fir today only. And nect day you get cheaper quote they never discussed it saying you already got a quote on your profile. Damn hypocrite
They never allow me speak to a manager.
Everytime I call they frwd me to Max who never knows who to deal with potential customers.
So AVOID them at any cost.
