Great website facility for configuring your PC and good communication throughout purchase. Very helpful staff and phone answered quickly. Easy setup for new PC which after using for several weeks is performing as expected. Reasonably priced and good quality parts. Would recommend.

Great telephone support with a couple of glitches I had which were sorted very quickly.

I bought this computer for photo editing and printing as my previous set up was running slowly and could not be updated to the latest software.
I had the new computer set up by a professional and am amazed at the speed and power of the new kit.

I was provided with helpful presales advice for customizing the build. The PC arrived promptly (8 days) and is working without any issues.

Be aware that you may need to open the case on arrival and remove some internal packaging before use; there was a label indicating this. Also note that some motherboards come with a WiFi arial which needs to be connected to get any decent connectivity.

I was looking for a new pc to be able to customise, did a google search and Punch Technology was one of the web sites that let you personalise, and build your computer. Excellent choice of pc cases and hardware to choose from, plus a 3 year warranty. From ordering my pc to it being delivered, was about 9 working days. They have an excellent customer service. When you have a problem you can phone them up and speak to someone that understands and are very knowledgeable. Very competitive on prices. I would definitely recommend Punch Technology.

Very nice (and fast) PC. You can choose the configuration and if you're a bit of a technological numpty, the staff are very, very helpful.
Maybe a bit more information about the dozen spare cables (that I didn't need) would be helpful and a guide as to which were the best connections to use, but I'm being a bit pedantic! And a quick phone call had me up and running.

I had problems with delays and parts that were installed but not working.
I felt that the reply from customer services were abrupt with no apologies. I had to ask for an apology for the delay and I was told it was “quite normal” for Punch to have delays in building and delivering computers. If it’s “quite normal” then either contact your customers and apologise or put the fact you usually have delays in building and delivering on the checkout page. Rather than stating delivery in 10 days and putting there will be delays in your terms and conditions. The computer is great now I’ve formatted the hard drive myself. But it was disappointing to take delivery late and then find out there were things I had to do to get a working machine.

Very pleased with the custom desktop PC. Everything running sweetly. The custom build website was easy to use. The order process was explained well and the only thing preventing 5 stars was this very confusing queue system which didn't make much sense. I recommend this company at Bromborough, great products with good communication.

Good advice for a new machine with some particular requirements. Overall cost was competitive and the build costs were within reasonable bounds if I were to build the system myself.
Delivery reasonable although you could have kept me better informed of what seemed to be a minor delay

First Oliver helped correcting a fault caused by my chkices and then Jonathan made a massive improvement to the working speed by discussing the SSD harddrive choice from a 8 TB one to 2x 4TB super fast SSD ones as I needed them to edit 4k and 8k video material. And when I started to get the PC ready he told me how win11 actually activates windows ... all online now and not with physical media.... so thanks a lot for everything.

Bought a pc from Amazon for £2000.00 when it arrived wasn’t happy with the look after contacting punch technology I was helped by a Johnathan Dovaston this man is a godsend helped me to return the pc then read my mind as what I was wanting and sorted it all out can not recommend highly enough will definitely be buying anything related to computers from punch technology found my go to place couldn’t be happier again very very highly recommended.

The online web site was easy to navigate and the item was the second motherboard I had purchase. The delivery was exceedingly fast and the motherboard was ready to go into my computer as soon as I had removed my old motherboard. The experience was great and I would recommend Punch technology.

I was wanting a new desktop for my little music studio and had read some good reviews on this company. I sent an inquiry into a custom tweak on the Ableton build that they supply and was dealt with in a speedy and professional manner.
After consultation my order was completed post haste and delivered promptly.
Very well packaged and easy to set up (plug and play).
Over all I was very impressed with the care and attention to service and shall not hesitate to order from them again, or recommend to anyone I know.

I bought a PC from Punch a few months ago, when I had an issue with it I sent it in to be repaired. The communication throughout this process was great, the service was fast and I was kept informed the whole time. Excellent service and a massive thank you to Oliver and Pete especially.

Spoke to Jonathan initially as purchasing a replacement computer and needs have changed. Jonathan suggested a build spec and sent me a link to review it at my leisure. I checked the spec against a similar priced computer that was advertised by a well known uk direct computer supplier and the punch one one was a far higher spec. Jonathan supplied updates on the build when asked and the whole process was excellent. Highly recommended.
