Absolutely amazing people! so helpful! these are people who really do go the extra mile. Pete was so incredibly helpful to me with a difficult ram issue i was having. he helped me through the whole process as id never done anything like this before and was very nervous about messing around inside my machine. Pete very kindly went the extra mile for me and stayed on the phone to actually guide me through the process. Thankyou so much again Pete!!!

I needed help with a driver that needed to be installed on the computer I bought from PUNCH TECHNOLOGY and the man that I got was so helpful and patient with me he spent about half an hour with me first class after sales will definitely recommend them.

Poor quality build! Go somewhere else! And make sure when you go to other website i.e. Amazon, the PC will not coming from this company.

Bought a PC from these guys about 3 months ago. Arrived with only half of the advertised RGB fans installed, so informed them, sent it back as requested. Fans were installed.

There are 2 usb connections on top of the case, 1 usb 3, the other usb 2. Not tried them until today (silly me), only to find out that the usb 2 port dosent work. Obvs im not going to sent it all the way back to Liverpool for that. But it just goes to show that their build quality/quality control, is absolute pants.

Oh, and if you are buying this from Amazon, like I did, be aware that the images on Amazon are not representative of the machine that you will get. I told them about this just after receiving mine, but they remain unchanged. Would I buy from Punch Technology again....NOOOOO!

So yes, I have got the correct supplier. I believe you were formerly Fierce pc. Btw. I've been reading a few other reviews, and there seems to be a bit of a theme developing. Punch technology have denied they don't CURRENTLY sell on Amazon, which may be true now, but certainly wasn't the case when I bought mine. And another review where they say they don't sell on ebuyer. I have ha this denial tactic before, when I bought an electrical appliance from a well known supplier. Who then said on this site, that they think I was another competitor trying
To highjack their business So the trust pilot tem deleted my review I bet now I've proved it was from Punch Technology. I won't get a second reply. We shall see.

They state that custom PCs will be built within 7-10 days and delivered one day later. I've now been waiting 13 working days and there's been no update from them on the delay. I logged into my account to see I'm still no. 27 in the queue waiting for build. I checked 4 days ago and I was no. 31 in the queue. I'm clearly not getting this computer any time soon. I would go elsewhere if you want on time delivery.

Ordered a computer from eBuyer, didn't realise it was actually from Punch Techology.

I received a lower spec CPU so I don't think this company can be trusted.

When I asked eBuyer they said I only had seven days to tell them.

I've been straight up lied to. Tried to be coerced into paying much higher prices for products available in other places in exchange for possibility of refund (sounds as ridiculous as it was). If I would have more free time I would escalate this issue to appropriate institutions. And it took ~6 months to resolve RMA

Order was delivered promptly, quality of the item was top-tier and whoever did the cable management is an absolute artist. Price unmatched. Forget wherever else you've looked into. This is the one

My computer is now 4.5 years old and still performs like a new machine. This said, I decided to get a second 4K monitor and I doubted the graphics card I had would be suitable. I spoke with Jonathan in tech support to get some advice. I have spoken with Jonathan before so I knew I was in good hands. He checked my system build and confirmed that the graphics card would need upgrading. He recommended a suitable card based on my requirements and even gave some guidance on the installation process. The card arrived the following day and was installed, drivers updated and up and running within 30 minutes.
The sales service and guidance when I first bought the computer, and the aftersales and tech support since is nothing short of excellent! I cannot recommend them enough.

After ordering about 20 computers over a year or so, this will certainly be the last. Terrible service and delays. Just Got 2 machines which are lemmons and are wasting our time.

i configured the specs on their prebuilts to choose a tier down from some of the pre-set items to fit my budget.
like most people, i was too excited when i ordered so went ahead without asking anyone. then i received some suggestions from friends that i should've chosen a cheaper item so i can put some of the budget into another part that would be a bit higher. i was not expecting anything when i decided to ring them -- But Sion accommodated the change. i wouldn't go into details, but lets just say that As a customer, i felt the importance they gave to my decision. clearly for me, it felt that ive got the bang for the buck going with punch tech with how they considered the request and not be like, "you already ordered, no more changing" attitude.

To offset the price (since i went with finance and would be a hassle to get a refund) Sion suggested some stuff that I think costs more in terms of value to the part i exchanged, i just thought ok, ill leav it to him anyway if they think its not an equivalent exchange then theyd surely call me and revert back. When i received the PC, it was exactly as Sion said it would be. I know the PC gets into a QC/QA somehow so i know its not a mistake. so thanks Sion and Punch!

Now, please dont think im reviewing because of that, even without the extra value i want to say I am very pleased with the pc they built for me. all the best to the company and hope to get the next build with you again.

Computer perfectly deliver on time. There was an issue with the box i have chosen. They call me ro find a solution

I wanted a desktop computer especially for my photography work in Photoshop. The company was very helpful in guiding me to the suitable desktop.
It was easy for me to get any help and advice I needed. The computer arrived well packed and was easy to set up.

We purchased 2 machines which we use mainly for photographic use, which appears to be a significate usage for the Punch team. Purchasing in mid December was a busy time, but both units where delivered before Christmas, one of which was supplied with an upgraded HD spec due to a lack of the purchased conponent. Pleased with the quality and performance of both units.

Had to call to get order confirmation as nothing came through automatically after placing order. Was advised warehouse was elsewhere and despatched by them. However it arrived within a few days after.

Great website with choices for each section of your PC requirements including the price of each alternative. Good prices overall. Delivered in 2weeks. Good PC performs well exactly as required. Excellent.
