The site was easy to navigate through and find what I was looking for. There was plenty of choice with the option of adapting the option to better suit your needs and price range.
The PC I ordered arrived within the stated delivery times and was packed very securely. It was easy to set up and there were no issues when powered up for the first time.

Good quality build. Had damage whilst in transit but the guys at chillblast helped me out and had it repaired in no time.

NO REFUND RECEIVED AFTER CANCELLING ORDER

Unfortunately I am having the same experience as other 1 star reviews.

I ordered a PC on 26/03/2026 and then cancelled my order on 27/03/2026 and had confirmation the order was cancelled the same day.

I received no refund confirmation via email so I went onto live chat on 28/03/2026 and they said they would check with the finance department.

Received no further communication after a few days so back onto live chat where I was told the refund takes 5 working days and would be received at the end of the day 07/04/2026.

Then received an email on 07/04/2026 saying the refund WAS processed on 27/03/2026 and it will take 7-10 days

Still no sight of any refund so it’s likely it will need to be resolved through chargeback like other reviewers have

I've always liked their range of products and the service is excellent.
I've only ever wondered if there's an easier way to modify pre-built systems (albeit they're not then 'pre-built') to save building the system manually from scratch. I had thought to upgrade my pre-built system with a better graphics card but didn't want to custom build it (with the same specs, but for the alternate card).
It's such a tiny (and lazy) change so it's no complaint really, it just solves some of the 'too much to choose' first-world problems I have in my life! :)

Bought a premade gaming pc from chill blast about five months ago. It's run flawlessly. The GPU, ram, cooler are all known parts no strange brands or no name parts.
All in all could not be happier

This is my second PC ordered through Chillblast and I couldn't be happier. The PC itself is beautiful and runs like a dream. I am able to use it for completing both work documents as well as playing games at highest settings. Highly recommend.

Fast and seamless ordering and delivery from the guys at Chillblast. Had a minor issue with my delivery getting mistakenly issued as standard when I’d paid for next-day, but was sorted almost immediately with a quick message to the team.

My only other minor nitpick would be that for the price I would maybe have expected a GPU bracket for anti-sag on the motherboard, but an extremely minor issue and easily fixable by me. Overall very happy with the build quality of the machine and the level of customer service provided.

Quick delivery. Solid rig. Great finance options.

​I have owned many different PCs over the last 30 years—my last two had a 4080 Super and a 5060 Ti—so honestly, I didn't expect much when I ordered the Chillblast Ryzen 5 RTX 5070 pre-built. However, I was wrong. I was very surprised at how involved Chillblast is in the actual making of the machine; no other company seems to do it quite like this. They literally stand for their brand. It's not just the PC, either; the Cryo Vision 34" Curved Ultrawide monitor and all the accessories are made by them too.
​In the past, I always went for the most expensive "top" brands because money wasn't an issue. I was happy to pay for quality, so when I got this setup, it was a huge surprise to me how well it stacked up.
​The Build & Software
​This PC was built to work flawlessly. They even went as far as including a custom Chillblast power mode in Windows that is actually really good and well thought through. Most companies just leave that stuff stock, but this actually makes a difference.
​The Peripherals
​Monitor: It works better than expected and has no issues at all. Plus, it is way cheaper than the big name brands.
​Keyboard: 10/10. The software lets you customize a lot—like, a lot!
​Mouse: This is the most interesting part. It has a very unique design, is super lightweight, and feels very accurate.
​Headset: Another big upgrade. I was impressed by how they sit on my head; I can barely feel them. Previously, I've owned very expensive headsets that hurt my ears after a long session, but with these, I could practically sleep in them.
​Shipping & Warranty
​I won't even mention delivery! I placed my order two days before Eastern and was informed through every step of the way. The PC was dispatched the next day and I received it the following morning. It was packed very well with plenty of protection. Best of all, if I am not wrong, it comes with a 3 year warranty!!!!!
​If I ever sell this pc in the future to get a new one, it will definitely be from Chillblast. I really support this business and hope they keep doing as good of a job as they are now. Highly recomended!

The only thing I didn't like was avast antivīrus that was preinstalled and came with one year license, it was restricting some websites saying it wasn't safe, even though there was no issue with this website and also it felt like it was doing too much in terms of notifications, background scanning etc, so I uninstalled it and windows defender was always my top choice and also it's free 👍

Ordered my new, Custom buildPC as a replacement for my 14 year old Chillblast PC (which was still working fine, but unable to 'upgrade' to Windows 11). Very good price for what I wanted. It was built and delivered within 7 days of placing the order. Really pleased with the quality of this new PC (as I was with my previous one). Would certainly recommend Chillblast to anyone looking for a new PC.
