3 chamomile tea not so
I contacted them to ask what the 3 different types of chamomile in their 3 chamomile tea are. Message I got was a bit vague (probably intentionally so), but what I manged to gather was that get chamomile grown in 3 different regions. Doesn't warrant calling it a 3 chamomile tea. When I queried further they did not reply,
Love the tea but........
The tea bags ALWAYS leak pieces will steeping.
I used to be able to get two cups from a bag, now barely one
I used to be able to get two cups out of a Pukka teabag. Now I can barely get one. The decline in quality has been very marked indeed. In the same period the price has doubled. When I first came across Pukka teas their boxes of 20 were about half the price of Teapigs’ boxes of 15. Now they are about the same price.
The only thing that they seem to be investing more in is the packaging, which is beautiful, but the product has gone down the pan. Very, very disappointing.
very interesting blends but too much liquorice
very interesting blends and herbs, i just would love to have some options without liquorice .
Poor quality tea bags
I’m halfway through a packet of ginger tea and so far every tea bag has split or disintegrated- leaving a very unpleasant drink full of bits - I won’t be buying again.
Very expensive.
PUKKA SUPREME MATCHA GRN TEA Absolutely tasteless!
Absolutely tasteless!! Hardly discoulers the water in cup, regardless of the temperature, not surprising really as there is less than a gram of the supposed TEA in each bag at 23pence each.Stated on box,,,contains 2% Matcha 98% muck.Has all the bumf on the boxes and in the advertising LOL Note to ALL Always Read The Small Print!
ONE OF THE BIGGEST RIP OFFS SO FAR THIS YEAR
Pukka claim: 'Gorgeous organic spice chai'.....
... in their dreams! This is a false trade description - there is nothing 'gorgeous' about this weak concoction. Total waste of money - and thank goodness I 'only' forked out £3 rather than £5 as it was on offer - but not worth it even at that price!
The teas are weak with no flavor.

Formulation Change (weaker strength)
I have bought your Pukka Ginger & Lemon with Manukau Honey tea for many many years. Sadly though, your latest formulation of this tea has noticeably changed in recent months in as much it is now much weaker in strength. Could this be a form of "shrink flation" I wonder! I think I'll be trying other alternatives that can give me that stronger taste back to how Pukka used to be! 👎😏
Pukka night time ist plötzlich voller…
Pukka night time ist plötzlich voller Süßholz.
Quality worse, price higher and less tea…
Quality worse, price higher and less tea per bag.no more pukka for me.
Oh dear, stay clear!
I bought from mint tea bags from the supermarket. There was a different tea inside the box. I took a photo and sent it in to customer services. There weeks later it's still being looked at my the "Quality Team" despite multiple chasers. I expected to just be sent some vouchers - why their internal process to work out what happened is linked to me getting compensation for the incorrect product I don't think I'll ever understand - it feels as it they are disputing my photographic proof. This is supposed to be a premium brand and I won't be buying ever again.
winter warmer is water flavored?
I gifted a few satchels of winter warmer and it tastes like hot water, I followed the instructions that are on the pukka website 5-6 min for freshly boiled water, I tasted it, nothing, a few more min, still nothing, added some sugar, just sweet hot water... Not sure if this is evergreen spread to have a taste.
Har længe været fan af Pukka…
Har længe været fan af Pukka lemon, ginger & a touch of manuka honey.
Ny har pakningen så skiftet farve og theen er blevet meget tynd. Håber at de retter op på styrken. Er stadig fan men begynder nok at lede efter et andet mærke.
Their matcha green tea is a joke
Their matcha green tea is a joke. Only has 2% matcha and it tastes very mediocre
Pukka tea quality has left the building and customer service is generic, frustrating and mistrustful
Pukka Has been my premium brand of choice for many many years .
I loved their many teas particularly Earl Grey and the wonderful Herb and fruit varieties.
I recommended it to friends and gave it as gifts
Sadly as the phrase goes, "nothing gets better".
I purchased 6 boxes of Earl Grey tea online - they came in generic envelopes with NO taste of Earl Grey and a taste of cheaper variety tea.
I wrote to Support! at pukka with all information of purchase, box details and asked with the taste of flavour and packaging.
Terrible customer service with generic replies again me time and time again for details and receipts etc and stating the matter is under investigation.
6 weeks later I am no further on
a beautiful brand destroyed by corporate buy out .
Really upset at Support response. They are hoping I will stop asking them valid questions of what was a wonderful Bristol based premium company
Its all just Licorice tea packaged differently
Third time trying Pukka. Chamomile vanilla and manuka honey sounds really nice, ok I'll give them another go. Licorice flavour is all I get. Everytime, it's Licorice and nothing else. I hate Licorice tea. Can they make it more obvious on the front that all their tea contains Licorice. It's dangerous for some people to consume alot of it. In any case I am never wasting my money again on this brand.
Bags ALWAYS breaks :-(
Whatever flavour I try. The bag ALWAYS breaks. Tried contacting the company. No response. I’m going to try a different brand. Tired of spending money and throwing away bags.
My tea bag is faulty!
I don't drink much in teas but Pukka is certainly one brand I have tried. The blends are good, so I have no complaints there... it's not the quality of the tea, but the tea bag that surrounds the blend.
Recently I decided to try the Tumeric Active blend. The tumeric along with the ginger gives quite a kick and helps settle my for the night. Unfortunately I have had to put out more than one cup as the material bag surrounding the tea has burst, leaving a sludge at the bottom of the cup and everything else floating. I would have said maybe one bursting but two? And it being the evening I take it and having to re boil the kettle and make more tea, defeats the purpose of the bag.
I like your tea, but I'm not spending over 5€ just to get bust bags of tea☹️
