Een doos met pukka thee gewonnen bij de postcode loterij . Mooie doos , leuk verpakt met een foldertje erbij met welke smaken er in de doos zitten. Heb inmiddels de thee geprobeerd en moet zeggen dat het een enorme tegenvaller is . Het is gewoon slappe thee , weinig smaakvol , een koop heet water met een smaakje . Heeft niks met thee te maken .

Bought a package of Pukka tea bags in the local supermarket because it was on sale for 50% off whilst still being more expensive than other similar brands.

Did you know:
- The Pukka package is only filled by two-thirds with tea bags to allure you to buy the bigger container at display?
- Each Pukka tea bag is packaged in a way to oversized sachet?
- A Pukka tea bag only contains 1.0 gramm of tea whereas other similar brands contain 1.5-2.0 gramms?

Well, now you know.

Don't buy it, it's a rip-off even with 50% off.

Teabags always burst. Flavour is not what it was. Another fake joke wrip off of a company.

Bought these instead of my normal herbal brand thought I'd try them bag brakes 9 times out of 10 would expect more for a higher price product went to website no complaints option says it all really

Total joke at the greed of price increases in the last few years. Now £5 for a box of 20 teabags!! This is almost double the price of 4 years ago. Jog on, you've lost a customer here.

Just bought pukka three ginger no flavour just like drinking hot water

Had English breakfast teabags in a hotel recently. One of the nicest breaktast teas I've had. Sadly not avaiable in supermarkets like the herbal teas, but can be bought online. OK, but as they're sent Recorded Delivery I had to arrange to be at home to sign for parcel. Would have five stars if they were available in shops like the herbal ones are, or sent normal post.

I've been a huge Pukka fan since the beginning. I knew Tim and Sebastian who set the company up. The products were exceptional. HOWEVER....I recently bought two boxes of tea and they are virtually tasteless. It appears that Unilever have not only ditched the remedies but ruined a brilliant tea brand, at the same time as raising price to nearly £5 a box! I'm so very disappointed. They deserve to go out of business. It's Yogi tea for me now.

If l could , l would give Purka no star ! l had been drinking this brand for years but the price has shot up and the quality has dropped. Unless you are purely herbal tea drinker, you might not be able to taste the subtlety of this tea if you drink strong tea and coffee beforehand. l bought 10 varieties yesterday and was looking forward to the 3 chamomile but there was not much smell and the flavour was smooth but very very subtle taste. Better to get loose chamomile from Pigs, they have the best flavour. The lemongrass and ginger was much better but the Winter Warmer was too strong and spicy of ginger.
l must confess Purka do have certain flavour that have the right blend like Feel New which has the best benefit for reflux but the newer brands with ginger, the blend has been either too mild or too much. Purka needs researchers who drink the tea daily not tasters to understand what the public would like.

Very disappointed. I started drinking Pukka teas around 8 years ago. It’s always been a bit pricey but was worth it for the flavour.

Recently bought the Three Ginger to help with chemotherapy nausea, and basically ended up with a cup of hot, flavourless water. Seems that they’ve upped their prices and decreased the quality and quantity of their ingredients. I wouldn’t mind paying the higher price for a quality product, but this is just poor value. Yogi Teas seem to be the one to go to these days instead. Bye Pukka!

Tasteless overprice tea - I let it brew for 15 mins and tastes of nothing. Do not buy

pukka teabags fall apart to easily peppermint & licorice ones especially.bought some last week from sainsburys because the ones we get from lidl had sold out and far much better,and cheaper.

Bit pricey but over all good quality bags of tea for herbles Britain 🇬🇧 have vile tea bags I have this herble tea if I can't get my irish tea delivered so overall herbles teas are delicious just wish they were less in price but very well done

Waardeloos geworden! Koop dit niet. Heeft niks meer met thee te maken. Smaakt nergens naar. Unilever/Lipton is dit aan het uitbuiten. Een glas warm water smaakt hetzelfde.
Als je contact met ze opneemt geven ze niet thuis. Ligt aan mezelf dat ik de thee langer moet laten trekken. Right!

Far too expensive, too much packaging and ink maybe ditch those and lower the price.
Sainsbury’s have their own nighttime berry, much nicer, cheaper and less packaging.

Wake up customers, we are being ripped off!!!!

I shall begin by saying that we love these teas. One in particular my daughter drinks regularly but is no longer in any of our supermarkets. She was on the website and found it. Unfortunately because I have/had a shop pay account before I could stop her it had automatically checked out. £18.96 for three boxes of tea. I immediately emailed them and requested they cancel the order. It was £3.99 postage. Where I can avoid it I do not pay postage. I had no response other than two days later to confirm my order was out for delivery. Terrible customer service given the price we pay for these teas. Once we have depleted our supplies it will be M&S or Aldi’s own which are all equally as good just not as many options.

Anyone currently paying almost a fiver for 20 tea bags needs to know there's nothing pukka about this brand any more. It's owned by huge multinational Unilever so all the individuality, character and quality have been steadily eroded. The teabags fall apart in the mug. 'Customer service' asked me for 6 different items of proof! Laughable. Never again.

Ordered an item which I got on time but was the wrong item. Emailed them as directed and said they will reply within 2-3 days, a week passed and nothing, so I used their online chat, useless! They can’t do anything and just said to wait for a reply and that they emailed them to… finally got a reply after a week! They said they will send another for free.. that was 2 weeks ago and hasn’t even been shipped yet! And emailed last Friday asking what’s happening with it.. todays Thursday and got no reply. So I used online chat again, and again all they could do was say sorry, sent a push email to the department and for me to wait. For a company like Pukka having what seems like one part time customer service person on the emails and with a chat service that doesn’t do anything is both funny and appealing!!

Sort it out!

Har været til stor fest her til aften på Hellerup Sejlklub. Efter middagen var der mulighed for te eller kaffe - valgte en kop Earl Grey te, der allerede ved ankomsten lugtede (stank) kraftigt af lakrids. Smagte forsigtigt på den og var ved at spytte den ud, for det var ganske rigtigt lakrids og ikke Earl Grey te. Spurgte tjeneren efter en kop ordentlig te, men hun havde kun Gorgeous Earl Grey fra Pukka, der var ødelagt af lakrids. Tænk at sådan et fint sted som Hellerup Sejlklub vil servere sådan noget for deres gæster, vi var flere der var meget skuffede !
