Sucked in & ripped off! I would give a negative but not available.

Two new tyre booked in, Had to buy another two ( debatable) but 'We would not track with old ones on', once again questionable. So four tyres later, still no tracking, never even tried... I swung by my local garage who had the tracking done in 20 mins...

Never recommend them.

Booked the day before online, all the guys there were super friendly and helpful. As a young woman on my own, they made me feel comfortable and kept me up to date with my car. After I left, I had a minor issue, phoned them and they immediately answered, asked if I could return, upon arrival, I was met by one of the mechanics who immediately explained and fixed the issue straight away and I was on my way. Perfect service from everyone there. Appreciate you all looking after me and my car. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Grant, on the counter was very helpful and considerate, as well as being very polite.
Also the two tyre fitters who fitted the tyres(4), were also very polite, and knowledgeable about their work.
I would definitely recommend Denton tyres to anyone who wants vehicle tyres.

We called by Protyre in person and met a very helpful chap behind the counter. This was easier than online.

We told him what tyres we wanted and he only had a similar one so we took them. He told us that prices had gone up which we expected.

The surprise was that we got a slot the next morning and I got there ahead of time and was attended to promptly. I chatted off and on to the chap on the desk and read the Telegraph too. The time soon passed and my car was ready.

All in all we had a good experience and will use Protyre again....we have been customers since the Denton Tyres days.

Dropped my vehicle off , 1 hour before it was booked in ,for two front tyres , about 1 hour later i returned & the vehicle was ready for collection , can not fault the service given to me , efficient, on time & polite .

Amazing team who very kindly first me in just before closing time!
I had my spare tyre on following a flat and was miles away from home with my young child, not wanting to risk popping the spare on potholes on the way home.
The lads very kindly and promptly put a replacement on for me and reassuring me that the car was safe to drive for myself and other road users.
Prices wasn't too bad for a last minute budget tyre.

I had a serious puncture when a large bolt went into my back right tyre. I managed to get the car to Protyre at Kingstown(Carlisle).

The waiting time to get the tyre replaced was going to be up to 4 hours. Your staff member Dan phoned your sister branch at Sheffield Street to see if they could do the work straightaway - they could.

Dan and one of the mechanics removed the damaged tyre and put the spare on my car, so I could drive to Sheffield Street. It was really difficult getting the spare tyre out from under my car!

Once I got to Sheffield Street, Grant was waiting for me in the office. Within the hour I had two new, very good value for money tyres on the rear of my SMax.

I cannot praise your staff enough - the service they provided was outstanding. They were concerned, thoughtful and professional. A big thank you.
