I ordered two tyres only 1 arrived…
I ordered two tyres and your website said both would be ready for fitting on the booked date. Only one turned up leading to the team at Sheffield Street (all praise to them) to track down and ensure the other tyre was available when I turned up for it to be fitted. Even then I believe the second tyre was not at the branch they found on your system

Thankfully when I arrived it wasn't busy and therefore they got on with the job very quickly. The staff especially on reception were polite and chatty plus gave me a small discount on the price given.
