Quick responses to request, help with understanding where our previous policy gaps were, and making everything smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Taylor and Proper to any searching for short term rental coverage for their home!

If you have a short term rental,Proper insurance is a must. Proper insurance made me whole when I had unfortunate damage done to my property while hosting(Airbnb). Proper insurance is peace of mind.Cali was a pleasure to work with, she had great communication and top notch customer service.Mike Wolf was my agent, he too was wonderful to work with.As mentioned before, if you have a short term rental you must give Proper Insurance a call!

I had an amazing experience with Nason at Proper! I have probably talked to 15 different insurance companies to get coverage for my airbnb in California and couldn't find anyone that was offering great coverage and decent terms. Proper was able to give me both! And 5 days after first contacting Proper, Nason had the policy all locked in and I can sleep at night knowing my property is protected. I'm stoked! 10/10
