Plumb Xtra Limited Recensioni

Great prices and great customer service. Kept me fully updated throughout the process, what I particularly liked was at the first opportunity from me placing my order I was contacted by a very polite gentleman from Plumb Xtra by telephone to personally confirm my order and details so as there where no mix ups ...thought it was a great touch. Delivery was very prompt and kept fully upto date ,their delivery driver was also very polite and professional. A great experience from start to finish would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Great start by a new company their customer service puts other companies to shame.Plumb Xtra will go far with this approach they have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. Keep it up guys!!!!

First class service from Ben, really went that extra mile to help.

Excellent company so pleased I’ve found them as prices very competitive and received a call promptly from Jay to book delivery in and he was so happy it’s refreshing to deal with someone and a company who are happy and great at what they do ! Massive difference compared to my local supplier so I would recommend and definitely be coming back in the future ! Thank you Plumb Xtra

Very helpful and very friendly on the phone. I rang as the website had the wrong price up (much cheaper than other plumbing sites) however they honoured that price. Saved this pensioner money I can certainly do with. Most grateful and an excellent advert for them. Goods delivered quickly and efficiently - great driver too. (Just a bit worried as I can't inspect the order in full as I can't lift it - paperwork says no returns unless it goes back with the driver, or once signed for and accepted..... fingers crossed all is OK :-)

Excellent service, the main depot called me to let me know they had a branch very local to me and refunded the deliver charge. Good honest service. Will definitely use again
Thankyou

Very happy with the guys at PlumbXtra - rad I ordered was too big for delivery, the guys were straight on the phone and helped me find a local depot I could pass and collect the order. Helpful, professional and great value - happy to recommend!

I was a little hesitant to order from here initially due to the small number of reviews but they were the cheapest I could find for the rads I needed and the few reviews they did have were good so I went ahead anyway and hoped for the best.

I placed my order on Tuesday evening, on Wednesday I had a call to arrange delivery and on Thursday I had my items.

One of the rads had a minor scuff so the delivery drive took it back, I gave Plumb Xtra a call and they arranged a replacement for the next day. I also forgot to order some valves so I did this as a separate order and they were happy to include these in the delivery (saved me having to pay delivery cost).

Not a bad thing to say about them at all, friendly, helpful and cheaper than anywhere else I can find. Will use again and recommend to friends / family.

Great Service and great products. Would highly recommend.

Great service and first class communication from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Plumb Xtra.

Within 5 mins of placing the order I received a phone call to say all items in stock and delivery was next day! You can't ask for more than that! As yet unopened as awaiting plumber to fit but not expecting any issues.

I ordered a radiator online. Within minutes, I received a phone call to arrange delivery. The radiator was delivered less than 24h after placing my order. I am very impressed by how professional and reactive the team at Plumb Xtra is not to mention that their pricing was the best online too.

Rang up plumb extra answered straight away very helpful ordered in the morning delivery set for following day excellent service will use again very impressed

Fantastic service!
I have ordered a wrong item, called to cancel the order. Very friendly and polite, refund processed without problems.
Great customer service!

Ordered six radiators online and was quickly called to say they could be with me tomorrow...and they were. Excellent value for money and super speedy service, what more could you ask for?

Excellent and swift service from PlumbXtra
Ordered the radiator on Tuesday and had it delivered on Thursday.
Couldn't be simpler
Thanks guys!

I ordered a non standard size radiator at a very reasonable price and it was delivered next day by a very pleasant chap. Would recommend Plumbxtra

We ordered 3 Aspen radiators yesterday afternoon and by 10.00am today, they had arrived. Very good and quick service.

I was seeking a slightly unusual radiator replacement at 900mm HIGH by 600mm wide. My research led to PlumbXtra with an excellent price. I placed the order online and received a call within an hour to check that I wanted a 900mmm HIGH radiator rather than 900mm wide. I confirmed this was the case and was advised of the delivery process. The radiator arrived at 10:00 the following morning (impressive from the Northwest of England to Central Southern England) and was of excellent quality. The radiator was fitted by me that day and is warming me up as I type this! Very thoughtful, friendly and efficient service from PlumbXtra with a great price to boot. I will definitely use PlumbXtra again.

I recently ordered a shower tray and wetroom screen from PLUMBXTRA.I spoke to the company a number of times on various technical matters and each time the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both items were well priced and delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. Quality was very good and the delivery process smooth and efficient-I was kept well informed of the expected delivery time.
Very pleased with the whole experience and the quick turnround and will certainly use their services again.
