Fast and easy purchase and delivery.
It was fitted on Saturday 14th so yet to see an improvement.
We hope it does all that it says it will, it took us a while to finally choose this one, there are so many out there!
We wanted one that you didn’t have to have we a spare room for a huge unit and bags of salt, one that you could drink the water and not have a separate drinking water tap, one that is easy to fit and doesn’t take up space and one that is almost 90% effective.

Very unprofessional and lacking technical knowledge. They provided extremely expensive advice, which was later confirmed to be incorrect by Samsung. They took no responsibility for their recommendations, and as a result, I had to purchase elsewhere. I have suffered a loss of £7,000 due to this issue and am now taking legal action.

I communicated on WhatsApp before I purchased a 800w infrared glass bathroom heater, also gave me another 10% off what i originally paid, the heater seems to be working ok,we purchased this heater because it has a five year warranty, unlike the last one we had barely lasted 12 months, only had 12 months warranty

I purchased two solar panels off tham online on early hours of Saturday morning I spoke to them and they said I would have them by Tuesday that week and fair play they have come when they said Tuesday in perfect condition would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future

Ordering was straight forward, product details were as you’d expect, delivery took longer than expected and it lacing an order forces you to download a “shop” app to track delivery.
I don’t like having to download 3rd party apps that I would usually use to find out where my item is.

Needed to buy a piece of equipment and I found customer service to be excellent with speedy execution and assistance

Plus, pricing was extremely competitive

Quality Heating UK customer service went out of their way to dispatch the item sooner than expected upon request. My flat is like a sauna in the summer so needed it ASAP and they accommodated. Really much appreciated. The portable air con is something else. Does the business, watched the temp go down on my thermostat fro 30c to 22c within a couple of hours
