Customer service was absolutely non…
Would love to add the evidence Sammy but you have stopped me doing so, will do my very best to add it where ever I can. Customer service was absolutely non existent and lie after lie. These people also have a site on Ebay called Premier plumbing. Advertise an item for a price and never got one in stock but do have at an extra cost and then tell you to go to Plumb Extra. Took my money on Ebay for a buy it now boiler on Ebay then took my money and took 3 weeks to get it back. Guy called Sammy just lies from the minute you talk to him. If you want to be messed about then this is the company to use as they are the "BEST". As for lying and customer service then I will give them 10 out of 10. Your choice but be warned 🙏

Since your review was left, we requested further information on 3rd March to help us identify the experience you are claiming to have had with PlumbXtra. Despite having three days to respond, we have still not received any information. Today is 25th March, and we have yet to hear back from you.
We would like to clarify that PlumbXtra has ZERO affiliation with "Premier Plumbing" on eBay.

Excellent Service
Contacted Plumbxtra on 6th Feb 2026 at approximately 4pm to confirm that they had the two radiators in stock which I was looking for. (I had ordered from another company two weeks previously and was let down).
I spoke to Yusus, who was extremely helpful and professional. He asked that I order them online then call back which I did. He confirmed the order and said he would try to get them delivered on Monday 9th February as I had missed the cut off time. All relevant paperwork was emailed to me and true to his word the items were delivered on the Monday.
On the whole a fantastic experience and excellent customer service from Yussuf. Will certainly do business with the company again.
Highly Recommended.

Thank you for going above and beyond in delivering my order ahead of your time estamate.
Also thank you for and to your delivery driver who was very professional and punctual as he made contact prior to delivery and dropped my order off exactly as you said he would, nothing was a problem for him and please give him my highest regards.
The boiler is fitted and up and running.
My Family is very happy that we have hot running water again.
When other future supplies are needed I will be in touch.
Your sales service and delivery service has been exceptional and very much appreciated.

Bought my radiators a few months ago…
Bought my radiators a few months ago but haven’t gotten around to leaving a review. There have been no issues with them so far and the service I received was amazing. Bought 2 more for the upstairs.

Great service and cheaper than anywhere else
Had my radiators delivered today!
Rang up on the day and spoke to sammy to enquire about the vintage ferro radiators and he was able to answer them and gave a much better delivery date than other sellers

Had a phone call after I placed the order to check they had got everything correct. They kept us informed of delivery times and even rang a couple of weeks after delivery to check that everything was OK
