10/10 customers service
Thank you to the young lad who works at plumbxtra. Placed my order today and received a phone call to confirm my order and realised I chose the wrong width radiator which was corrected and re-ordered.
I appreciate the phone call otherwise the installation would have been delayed.

Excellent service, fantastic communication
I’ve used Plumb Xtra a couple of times now. I’m not in the trade and both times have relied on their guidance and advice which has been excellent. For my latest order there were a couple of glitches but they handled the issues promptly and professionally and always kept me in-the-loop with updates. I look forward to trusting them again with my orders in the future.
