Plants for Ponds Recensioni

Informative website, wide range of plants and good customer service.

Arrived very promptly, well packaged and great quality plants

Arrived well packed. Excellent condition. They are thriving well in my pond. Thank you for your service

I was impressed when the plants arrived - healthy, good condition and size

Plants for Ponds has a very comprehensive range of plants with clear information on what will work in a particular size pond and its location. I only have a small pond but already a frog has appeared. The plants I ordered arrived quickly and were very carefully packed. They are already thriving and blooming.

Plant arrived in very poor condition. Its in my pond maybe it will recover.

My order arrived as arranged. It was well packaged and in good condition. I wasn't able to deal with it immediately so it was a few days before I got it potted up in a basket and into the pond. I follwed the online instructions. It was a water hawthorn. While I was happy to see new leaves on the surface of the pond, I was thrilled to see a flower only 5-6 weeks after planting.
I find this company very reliable and the plants are of excellent quality and in good condition. With good advice on all aspects of pond maintenance.

User friendly experience with easy to reach assistance when required.
Dispatch information and delivery tracking issued step by step until arrival at our house.
The level of care taken, and the high standard of packaging used to pack/transport the plants is incredible.
All plants arrived in excellent ++ condition and immediately started to thrive after planting.
Definitely recommend and will use again.

The plants arrived in perfect condition and still damp. They have been in my pond for a couple of weeks and are.showing signs of new growth.

Lovely plants. Good size and beautiful condition. Thriving in pond

I ordered 5 bunches but only 4 were really full - one was tiny and could not really be called a bunch like the others.

I recently ordered 10 snails for our pond - both trapdoor and ramshorn. Remarkable to have them arrive in the post, carefully packaged so they travelled well. I transferred them to the pond, and watch them wander off completely happy…!! Totally easy and positive.

Excellent from start to finish and the plants were far superior to another well known specialist supplier I unfortunately used before. All plants arrived well packaged, have settled in quickly and many have started to flower. I would recommend this company to anyone. They even said they would hold my order while away if necessary. What's not to like?!

Website is easy to use and they actually thank you for your custom which is rare these days.

I have been using this company for several years after unsuccessfully using others who would send inferior plants. However those of "plants for ponds" are excellent! They are packaged carefully and always arrive in great condition. If ever the need arises to make contact there is always a speedy and helpful reply. I've always found this company to be very professional in their approach to maintaining an excellent reputation and buisness.

I was more than pleased with my first 2 orders, however the last order one of them just died within 2 days of planting.

Wonderful plants and packed and sent with such care. They have enhanced our pond
The plant descriptions are absolutely correct and very helpful

A great range of native plants grown in the UK which arrive well packed and ready to pop in the pond. The website has lots of detail on how to care your plants and pond - really important for beginners.

I have now received several orders from this company and I have nothing to complain about the quality of the plants they provide. On a couple of occasions on delivery from APC have noticed some plants were upended and completely out of pots but a little tlc were able to be recovered. Also noticed on last pre-order seemed to have received a few 1ltr pots and an extra water chestnut bunch - so thanks Lucy. I do like the extra personal touch dealing with Plants for Ponds provides and I will buy from here again.

Plants for Ponds has an excellent website and my experience of service from ordering, delivery and quality of the plants provided is the best I have come across. The plants I have received are of a good size, very healthy and well packed for delivery. They are now in my new pond doing well. I would love some more but cost dictates.
