The customer service advisor was knowledgeable and professional. Provided me with regular updates whilst the problem was being dealt with. It did take a while to resolve but it was beyond their control as it involves other companies.

Thank goodness you now install meters using an in-house team. We could not have had better service. We particularly want to praise Lauron Shaw who did the installation of both gas and electricity meters in Ocober 2026 but also the backroom telephone advisers who made sure it happened. A more efficient, friendly, helpful and professional person would be hard to find. The same has to be said of the backroom agents we dealt with. We dont say this lightly- Your in house team took over meter installation from what previously had been outsourced to a third party which twice could not proceed or was postponed. This installation happened on the day arranged, at the time arranged with minimal disruption and the disruption there was was anticipated and accurately assessed. No mess, courtesy and everything went as smoothly as could be. We don't usually have time for customer surveys. It would have been unfair not to find time on this occasion. Thank you everyone involved.

Better than 5*s - Grace has been beyond helpful. When the initial switch to Octopus was cancelled due to us not doing steps at our end, she has made it so easy to pick back up where we left off without too much hassle. Things are now progressing again with the switch to Octopus and we are thrilled as a business for the better rates and excellent customer service

LIGHTYEARS better than EcoTricity, and will absolutely mean I now move my personal electric to Octopus (not just the business electric). Hopefully all customer service at Octo is this good. 10/10
