Octopus Energy for Business Recensioni 

Octopus energy informs it`s customers well before the end of a contract and offers alternative options. They are often the last to increase prices.

Sam C stands tall amongst all the other co employees as he is simply customer focused whilst the others are nice people but are inherently process focused.

They can all learn from Sam C and Octopus Energy please note. This is from the heart a feedforward.

I am happy to explain further if required but if you had more Sam C’s any company or any service will have long term prosperity. It is ATTITUDE that makes the difference!!!

Having moved from a total nightmare scenario with Valda Energy, Octopus has been a breath of fresh air. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and responsive customer service team, transparent and fair prices, easy to use app - cannot recommend them highly enough for businesses.

Update on Panel Power application.
Just spoken with Jade @ Octopus and at last feel like progress is being made on my Panel Power application.
Jade listened to my frustration about the apparent lack of movement, and took the time to explain the remaining stages that my application needs to go through, to help me recognise why it's likely to take 6 more weeks.
Obv 6 more weeks isn't great, but understanding why is a great help, and I wont continue to feel like my application is "lost in the system".

I spoke to Paris from the Customer Service team. He was very helpful and managed to resolve the issues with switching our energy supply to Octopus. It was carried out efficiently and swiftly and now we should be able to get the account switched over in the next week.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the Octopus Customer Service team, and Coby in particular, who promptly answered my email about worrying scam calls I'd been getting from a call centre, saying they were from the "Octopus metering department"
Which I now know doesn't exist and I already knew that Octopus doesn't have call centres, as such, and will never make unsolicited or non pre-arranged phone calls.
So beware, never agree to switch tariffs from a phone call (which is what he really wanted, nothing to do with a faulty meter!)
And always email or phone the Octopus Customer Service team when in doubt, because they are really helpful, whatever the issue, as I've discovered after many years as a customer, both personally and for our business account too.

Been a great company to work with especially after the hike in prices post Covid. Offer very competitive prices with very little hassle and I have yet to have any difficulties with billing.
