Plants for Ponds Recensioni

Excellent communication, I knew when my plants would be delivered. Plants were packed with care and all arrived in good health. Very impressed by the water lily, which had lots of buds and flowered immediately. Iris looks healthy, but is rather small and probably won’t flower until it becomes established. Frogbit was a disappointment, I expected 5plants but only received 4 very tangled ones. Although transferred immediately to my pond the frogbit does not appear to be thriving.
I really appreciate all the information and advice on this website, my pond will definitely benefit from both the plants and the knowledge I have gained here.

Plants in great condition and arrived swiftly

Healthy plants speedily delivered, that have settled beautifully into my fairly new pond. I bought an expensive water lily, and it's absolutely beautiful and far larger than any I would have found at my garden centre. Great website full of advice and plant suggestions, so I know that I will be back for more.

My plants arrived promptly, were packaged well and in excellent condition. A lovely company to order from as it’s all personal - very responsive and approachable. I’ve had 2 orders from them and will definitely use them again.

Very quick delivery. The plants were all in excellent condition and the newts in my pond particularly love the Water Forget-Me-Not, which also looks lovely too!

Great selection of plants, quick delivery, very happy!

I have received a number of orders from Plants for Ponds over the last 2-3 years and I have always found the plants to be well packed and efficiently dispatched. Currently we are enjoying the vivid colours of Mimulus luteus 'Queen's Prize', which is really lighting up our small pond!

Great healthy plants and prompt service. Easy to order. I have placed a number of orders over time and will definitely use again.

This company could give Masterclasses in Dealing with the public, Producing beautiful plants and especially, Packaging. I'm tempted to dig a bigger pond, Gold Stars all round.

I have now purchased many things from plants for ponds, from starter kits for my 2 wildlife ponds, marginals, snails to help keep the algae at bay, floating plants to keep the water cooler. All have been brilliant, the service and advice excellent. I highly recommend them.

When you buy from other shippers you can end up with a pond plant not packed down with aquatic soil, clay and stones, but ordinary earth. This means as soon as you put it in your pond the soil just floats away and succeeds in only making your pond dirty. Ponds for plants are proper growers of plants, know their stuff and clearly care. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

The marsh marigolds arrived quickly and were in excellent condition. They flowered very well soon after they arrived.

The plants arrived well packaged.
I put them in my pond straight away. My pond is healthy and now well established with tadpoles, froglets and other very healthy plants.
However, the plants I received are really struggling and turning yellow.

Delivery was delayed to avoid extremes of temperature. The snails arrived alive and well and the plants arrived in good condition.

Plants arrived in perfect condition despite delivery being delayed by a day. Carefully packaged and all i had to do was place in my pond. Easiest gardening job ever!

Delivery and packaging exalant quality of items second to none.

Great customer service.
I managed to kill off the plants I received.
They were a bit small on receipt but were healthy enough
I didnt complain to the company as I didn’t know reason for failure
However decided to contact them before review and Lucy of customer service gave great advice and is sending replacement plants
All companies should have such an excellent customer service.
I would recommend this company

Received replacement plants as promised
Slightly larger but good condition

Everything from the website, to the delivery and expert plant protection packaging, to the condition of the plants… all exemplary. Cannot be faulted . Thank you - each aspect contributes to strong sense of value for money, too.

I never received my original order but this has been rectified and my snails are due to be delivered today so I’m really excited and I received a phone call to let me know they should be coming today.
I am happy with the customer service and I believe the original issue was due to Royal Mail.

Communication was very good and they take care to dispatch things - in this case Ramshorn snails - during cooler weather so they don’t perish. The snails are settling into the wildlife pond though I might need a bigger team of them to keep on top of the blanket weed!
