Pond looks fantastic with new plants
All the plants arrived when expected in excellent condition (despite the extreme hot weather) and have settled into the pond, where they look fantastic. Oxygenators are all thriving and the pond is looking as good as it possibly can.

Sent dead plants
Sent dead plants, £20 for frogbit which sank to bottom and died. There was a delay in postage therefore fear the plant was sitting wilting in a bag long before it came in the post. Will not use again.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, though we're sorry the frogbit disappointed you.
Frogbit is a floating plant with loose roots that need constant moisture, so it can only spend a limited time out of water, which is why we send it first class to keep the time in the post as short as possible. In hot weather a delay makes a real difference and if the parcel was held up on its way to you, that may well have caused the plant to arrive in a poor state
I have looked through our system but can't find an email or photo from you when the order arrived. We always ask customers to get in touch straight away if something looks wrong, as it means we can put it right quickly.
We've sold out of frogbit for the season now, but we'd still like to refund you for it. If you email us at info@plantsforponds.co.uk with your order number, we'll get that sorted.
Healthy plants
Bought these plants for my husband's pond. He was really impressed with how healthy they look, and that they were packaged so carefully (delivered undamaged)

Thank you for the review.
Warm weather can be hard on the more delicate leaves, so we're sorry the smallest bunch arrived looking a little tired. Hornwort is a tough plant though, so once it's settled in your pond it should soon perk up and put on fresh growth.
If ever you're concerned about a plant when it arrives, do take a couple of photos and send us an email, and we'll always do what we can to help.
