Customer service beyond fantastic
Was looking to to replace a damaged fallo heater , wanted something with a contemporary wow factor , I asked umpteen questions via email and phone , all answered swiftly , and comprehensively .
Bought my first one , thought there was an issue with it , was supported quickly and pro actively .
When it was concluded it was damaged via 3rd party courier , advance replacement sent with put hesitation. This works and looks wonderful in our garden .
In today’s world my experience was so positive and I am not Easily pleased .

I wasn’t told the outdoor heaters were…
I wasn’t told the outdoor heaters were out of stock. I was told that all products would arrive on the Friday, only the table heaters arrived. 3 weeks later the outdoor heaters arrived. If I was made aware of the situation I could have informed my clients and avoided unnecessary complaints.

Dear Steve, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the speed at which your goods arrive. We can see you were advised at the time of order that the Chantico tabletop heaters would arrive first as they were readily available in stock but we were awaiting a restock of the Lighthouse Heaters. We can however see that the restock was delayed and you ended up waiting longer than anticipated which we are very sorry for. We are in the process of moving to a new warehouse with larger facilities and will be holding more stock going forwards. Thank you for your business.

High quality products, High quality support
I have 2 products from Planika and I am very satisfied about the quality of the products. The design is perfect with a high spec build.
I had to contact Customer support to assist me with one of the products and this couldn't have been better! A dedicated person supported me until the issue was solved on a late evening during the week end ! Absolutely outstanding.

Just a glass fire with a 2.5kw output which is equivalent to a saloon-grade hair dryer. Supposed to be hot up to 2 metre away it isnt hot 2 inches away !!very disappointed so I bought a mushroom

Shaun we are sorry to hear you had issues with the delivery of this order. Unfortunately, when you bought your goods on the 14th of February we were experiencing severe issues relating to the import and sale of bio-ethanol post Brexit and due to unprecedented demand, we ran out of stock which took a lot of time to replenish. Following Brexit the recipe of bioethanol in the UK had to change and it took us several weeks to produce the new recipe and get it shipped. I can see we did however provide you a full refund and the fuel free of charge so we had hoped that resolved the matter.

Love my fire pit , use it regularly, good value for money, the flame is just amazing for a small table top pit, it states it gives 3 hours, we get more than than this, I would say on average 4 hour if not not longer flame time ... it’s amazing!! Service fab, on arrival the glass was broke, but was sorted quickly and efficiently with a replacement, amazing service, amazing product! Well done Planika, and thank you

Not impressed by the product or the customer service
Bought a tabletop bio ethanol fire from Planika. Wasn’t expecting a huge amount of heat from it, but some would have been nice. It’s basically just a very, very expensive candle. Planika totally disinterested when I contacted them. One customer service agent offered me an exchange for a different product, but the next person I spoke to told me this wouldn’t be possible. What a waste of money.
