I bought a Chantico for my conservatory when we had a colder snap as a recommendation, and (being a bit of a nerd) I watched how much the thermometer increased (about 3 meters from the unit). Every 10 minutes I was increasing by 1.5ºC. After about 30 minutes, the room was perfect, but I kept it glowing - the flames are lovely.
It's prompted me to buy another unit (a simple) which I now use in my home office.
Probably going to buy my mum one for Christmas too as she liked them.

Excellent Customer Service and Product
I have been looking to buy an Outdoor Fire place for a while and came across Planika - their customer service team were great for helping me choose the perfect fire to suit my requirements (couldn't have asked for better!)
My fire arrived on time and is just what I wanted and more.

Not worth the money
Delivery took longer than expected. The Faro is a poor design if you have uneven ground such as a patio to monuvere it across, the glass rattles really bad like it will break. It gives out little heat unless right next to it. Nice to look at the flames but not worth over £500 with the cover. We get better heat from a small table top fire bowl that cost £60
Update:
I didn't ask for a half price cover I asked if you had any offers on them as they are very expensive at £80 and we are dissapointed with the heater hence not wanting to waste more money! We will make do with a £20 cover from Amazon thank you

Dear Sandra, thank you for your review. We note you have had your Faro since April 21 but you have only decided to review now as we wouldn't offer you a half-price cover for your Faro... The glass in the Faro may rattle if transported over the uneven ground but this will not cause any damage to the glass or the heater. There is a certain level of flexibility designed into the glass so that it does not get damaged. The Faro is meant to be used in areas that are not fully open to the elements and next to dining furniture as the heat comes out at chest level.

Gal Adir has been extremely helpful, which combined with his excellent product knowledge has made the buying experience a positive one.
I was tempted by some of the cheaper bio ethanol burners, but it is clear the ‘prime fire 700’ is best in market. The automatic features means it’s super easy / convenient to use.
It’s also packed with safety features, which makes the product much safer than its counterparts. It gives me peace of mind knowing the unit will switch itself off if it gets too hot etc.
I am not able to have a proper fire as my TV is mounted directly above. This product allows us to have the look (with a real flame) without my technology over heating or safety risks.
The product is more expensive than others on the market, but you 100% get what you pay for. I would recommend Planika to anyone looking for a bio ethanol fire.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic range of products. Took delivery of the “Lighthouse” however unable to use as cannot get hold of any gas! So unfortunately unable to confirm quality/performance of product.

Dear Matt, as per our conversation via email the unit was not delivered late. It was requested to be delivered the week of 14th of June and was duly delivered on the 17th of June. As soon as we heard from the site manager that there is a problem with the unit we arranged two remote troubleshooting sessions both of which did not resolve the problem. We did not ask you to ring the factory in Poland we set up a call directly with our technical department there. Unfortunately, they realised the fault means we need to replace the unit and we informed you that a new unit is in production and the damaged one will be collected. Hence we feel we have shown you exemplary customer service in dealing with the issue swiftly and efficiently. Thanks, Team Planika
