I went to the counter and they got me the item.
That was it.

Ordered a camping table at the Motorhome show in October. Payment has been taken but no table received and no communication from the company at all. We were told at the show to expect up to five week delivery but we are now in December!
Update 08.12.23 - Response received today with apologies and action, so hopefully the table is with us soon. Thanks!

I can't rate this company highly enough. I ordered a replacement gas bottle over the weekend and my delivery was made before 10am on the Monday! The gentleman who delivered was just that, so kind and helpful. I had very little knowledge about gas bottles but he could not have been more helpful in speaking to me on the phone and speaking with my daughter when delivering. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish I had his name but hopefully PJ Outdoors will know who it is. I don't usually leave reviews but I am so impressed with everything about this company I needed to. Thank you!

A fantastic service from GB to Northern Ireland. It is fantastic to see a company still happy to look after us UK residents across the Irish Sea. Competitive delivery and fast efficient service. what more could you ask for.

Went in as a newbie to camping, just wanted to say the staff were exceptional and knowledgeable and I have now purchased my first tent to take away with my son. Can't wait!

I placed the order at the Caravan and Motorhome Show, it appears to have been lost in the system but once I called customer services, it was rectified and delivered within a week.

Brilliant service, ordered a camping table it was delivered next day, when we unwrapped it it had some faults on, called up and they arranged for it to be collected then next day and a new one sent out, which they checked over for us before delivering. Exceptional service. Thank you 😊

pole broke in tent on 2nd use. apparently not covered in the warrenty. Cheap tent, cheaper company. dont deal with them.

Edit: I called them up the day it broke and they said theres nothing they can do. They couldnt fix it, they couldnt replace it or refund me. 5 months later they reply saying they can replace it like ive kept a broken tent for 5 months.

I ordered an Air-Beam tent via their website, company looked legit with OK reviews. The following day, the same webpage (same URL) had been altered to the poled version of the tent. Been contacting them for days only to be told someone will call back, waited over a week for a response only for them to cancel. Ordered here as it was slightly cheaper than world of Camping who subsequently increased their price so missed that option. I will contact Trading Standards, be aware of online scams.

Bought an awning from them at the NEC. Decided it wasn’t the right one and was able to exchange for a Vango Magra which I am v pleased with. Really good service.
