Got there in the end
Order a 70x50 Acrylic picture that turn up with rough cut edges and full of scratches. It's so poorly finished I'm not convinced they check their products before shipping.
Like others I have written to them twice to and not had a response.
The worst Gbp100 I've ever spent and certainly not what I'd expect from a German based company 😖
2 days on and still no word from their customer service. I left with no option but to get in touch with my credit card company to see if they help me recoupe the £100.

I have checked my junk mail sevral time but haven't received any emails from you.
I have now removed the protective film and very happy with the picture and hence the rating change. The Film is hard to see so apologies.

So glad I found Pixum
So glad I found Pixum. Everyone else either didn't do a case for my phone or would only put my choice of photo on the front of the case. Pixum however, covered all the bases. Communication was good, delivery was good & quality is good. Highly recommended checking these guys out

Received my acrylic print yesterday and I am very disappointed in the overall finish of the product, there are multiple large scratches and Mark's all over the print, maybe a genuine mistake, sent an email to the company and still no reply.

... be careful. Pixum does not allow any cancellation or amendments (albeit they admit it's possible). So only use if you are absolutely certain that everything is correct (or better just use the competition)..

In case something goes wrong (e.g., an incomplete version of your project has been uploaded), our customer service is there to find a solution for you. We are never interested in you paying for a product you are not happy with!

Non existent customer service. Do not order multiple products from this company! I ordered and paid gbp163 for 4 canvases. they only delivered 1(which is a good quality product). I have emailed customer service 3 times with NO response! Hoping to get attention via this channel, otherwise will take further action.
YOU HAVE KINDLY REPLIED VIA EMAIL TO TELL ME THAT YOU WILL RESEND THE MISSING 3 CANVASES. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO UPDATE ON MY ACCOUNT AND NO DISPATCH NOTIFICATION. SEEMS NOTHING IS HAPPENING. YOUR 30%GOODWILL REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THANKS. WAITING FOR FEEDBACK !

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, cant give you a straight answer, all I wanna know is where is my phone cover, I've waited ages now, they have sent me emails saying the original was lost so they sent me replacement, and then saying it's in production, and then it's been dispatched, on the 28th of dec, and keep changing the delivery dates! If I dont receive my phone case very soon I will be taken this furter, I demanding my money back, this was a xmas present for my mam! I am very upset about this.
