As I live abroad I have used Pixum before for gift etc. However this time, for a birthday gift book I did together with my daughter, they dropped the ball and lost it in a ditch. Zero information or tracking and support took days to reply. In the end it turns out they sent the 60 quid book as a letter so tracking was not possible and it could take 9 days.... Paying for the postage and being promised 2-3 days delivery means nothing. So support cannot find the book and as a sweetener send a "free" second copy, which is only useful if the first never turns up. Disgusting service. I am guessing they print all books in the EU and have to send them over to the UK. Would explain why I never have a problem with delivery here in Germany... No more Pixum or Cewe in the UK.

Book fails to render fonts consistently and the web service can easily lose your progress even if it saves

Terrible service. Ordered beginning of December with an estimated delivery for mid December. It’s mid January, and still nothing. Customer service responds to emails, but absolutely no action. They’re swift to take payment, and then nothing. Makes me think they are a scam.

I have used many times in the past, always with great results but it's been a while now. However very disappointed with my recent order - they now use cheap, flimsy paper for the prints and they aren't a s sharp as previous orders so I'll think twice about using again

The customer service people at Pixum are always very helpful and friendly - a personal touch that is a very welcome change from chat bots!

Would not use again, took a long time coming and the photos were on cardboard rather than photographic paper as stated

I have used Pixum to create almost 40 photobooks over the past few years. The production is excellent. The digital version is available (if you know where to look) the second you have uploaded your file. The book creation software takes some learning but is worth the effort.

Terrible company, avoid at any cost if you want to save yourself from all the stress and time wastage. I made an order for passport pictures on 14th October which was supposed to come by 23th October. I tried to contact them by email, WhatsApp and call but but nothing worked. Finally, I got my order on 29th October but the pictures are unusable as the heads are cropped down in the pictures.

I thought this company was based in Ireland because of their .ie website. They are in fact in Germany. I contacted them explaining I needed my photo book quickly as it’s a personal gift. They told me that it wouldn’t be possible to get it on time, but then also told me a payment hadn’t gone through, even though the money has been taken from my account. Their advice was to order again and the previous order would be cancelled, something I am unwilling to risk. They have stopped responding to me and are refusing to cancel my order, or even update me,leaving me in a limbo with what to do. Extremely unfair.

Just to update, they never responded to let me know if they could fulfil my order even when I explained that it was a gift at an emotional time for someone. No word of what is happening to my money, but I find it questionable that they tried to get me to make a second payment. I would strongly advise against using this company.

This is the only company I trust with my photo products and have been using Pixum for years.

I posted a negative review earlier this week due to the considerable delay in receiving my order. I finally received it yesterday and I feel that I should publicly note that the printed book is lovely and has been printed well.

Intuitive technology. Quality pics in “baby books”- sturdy ring binders . Quick service. All good so far !

Took ages and had to chase the order. When it arrived it was poor quality and not worth the money

After finding out how expensive it is to have 4 passport photos printed from a photo booth, we decided to try the online service.

We found Pixum as they have the most flexible service with the best pricing. As both my wife and I require photos, Pixum can print 8 different passport photos for £2.99 (yes, you can choose from 1 to 8 different photos). The upload process was straightforward and it has an editing function if you need a final adjustment. The delivery cost was £3.99 per sale.

We did receive the photos within a week. Unfortunately, 2 of the photos were bent slightly on arrival and we raised the concern to them and mentioned that we are happy to use the remaining 6 photos without needing to resend the photos. Surprisingly, a refund was paid to our account (not the delivery cost). We didn't expect that but really appreciated for the services from Julia. Thank you.

We will definitely use them again for our future photos printing.

Ridiculous service. Don’t buy they don’t have any contact number and they don’t even reply to email. Over two week order not received fraudster

Jeg har handlet hos Pixum flere gange. Min seneste ordre har været en uge undervejs med Post Nord. Det viser sig nu, at pakken ligger hos Pixum, og bliver yderligere forsinket. Om det er Pixum eller Post Nord, som har fejlet er ligegyldigt. Men når jeg ringer til Pixum og taler med Mikkel, får man en utrolig uengageret medarbejder i røret. Jeg har før talt med Mikkel og havde dengang samme oplevelse. I kunne i det mindste oprigtigt beklage forsinkelsen. Men man bliver mødt af total ligegyldighed. ØV - siger jeg bare.

Have recently taken delivery of my 2024 Photo Book of 100+ pages. I’ve produced an annual Photo Book using Pixum every year since 2008 and I’ve always been pleased with the outcomes. The Pixum software is user friendly and enables you to input lots of narrative to explain and support the photos. My annual Pixum Photo Books have become a treasured family heirloom.
