Absolutely Terrible company. I wouldn’t give it one star if that was an option.We have been with Pixum along time. Recently we have found that they have deleted every single photo we had uploaded. The photos were cherished memories and I thought they would be safe with Pixum.
I couldn’t of been more wrong. Please do not use Pixum, if you think your photos will be safe. They deleted every single photo without communication.
We are extremely upset at losing all the photos.
Again do not use Pixum, from a very unhappy and upset customer.

I do recommend this company if you want to print passport photos . price was great and I could print 8 different photos instead all 8 the same ones. Very practical if you need only 1 pic of more than 1 person at the same time! Delivery was also quicker than expected.

I have used Pixum to make a year book and calendars for at least 10 years . I have used other companies on occasions and the product quality is not up to the same standard . Although a little on the expensive side you get what you pay for. I love this company. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I ordered a passport photo and what I got was something else, a zoomed in picture of my face. How am i supposed to use that?? Also Photos were bent, delivery overpriced and late. I don't recommend.

I have been ordering photos from Pixum since they came into existence & have never been disappointed with the quality of the prints, speed of dispatch or price. On the very rare occasion where something goes wrong (& this can happen in even the best regulated household) a message to customer service online is responded to very quickly & the issue promptly & willingly rectified. Fully deserving of a five star review.

Ordered a personalised Advent Calendar and it hasn’t arrived. I contacted Customer Support/Services and all I got back was an automated reply email as this company doesn’t have a phone number. Very disappointed.

Good service for passport photos with quality print and fast delivery at a reasonable price.

I have a large canvas print in my home of a wonderful family photo but due to some damage I contacted Pixum to replace it. Did all I had to do and the preview of the canvas looked 100% perfect.It arrived yesterday and OMG firstly you would need to be drunk to actually need to be drunk to know what the picture was of due to the blurring,secondly I wouldn’t hang it in a doghouse never mind my house a total waste of €150.No reply from customer service yet😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a honeymoon book of all our photos to Croatia. Fantastic quality. Pixum kept me up to date and I received the book in no time at all. Very pleased indeed. All my family who have seen the book, said it looked amazing.

I’ve used Pixum for 3 years now and they’re fantastic to deal with. I’ve ordered several different products and they are always done to a high standard and excellent quality.

The website is simple to navigate and it’s easy to find exactly what you want with multiple options for your product. Customer care is excellent to deal with and you are kept informed of the status of your order throughout until delivery.
I wouldn’t consider anyone else.

Emails take too long to reply and never received a payment email as it keeps failing on the website

Hi, I have been using Pixum for years now, from Ireland, and have definately had a few missing books etc, but they have always come up trumps in replacing them. But now, after i made my 1st book for 2 yrs, i have found that Pixum are no longer delivering to Ireland, unfortunately i had spent a few wks making this up, and i need 3 copies of it for someone. I have been in contact via email, no phone number anymore, but cannot get a reply since i was told there are no deliveries anymore. I really would love to get this book sent out through Germany, even France(sister lives ther), but i cant get any answers now, please please please help me to print this one last book. Or more ideally, please return your fabulous service to Ireland. Not sur if its a brexit thing or what, but we are our own country here in Ireland, using Euros too....
