Trustworthy, responsive and personable
My wife and I own an apartment in the same private development in Hurst that's been mentioned in a couple of the reviews below.
We too have found Pinnacle very professional, easy and pleasant to deal with. Getting in touch and getting things sorted is never an issue as the team that looks after Hurst/Reading is very responsive and trustworthy, and we have never had a feeling they want anything but to help us be satisfied homeowners. The garden around the property required a lot of attention, and Pinnacle has always done their best to find the right people to manage the lawn and work on the trees, many of which are under a Tree Preservation Order.
Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys as they are there to work with you, and ensure that you're satisfied with the service you pay for.

We are a bespoke private development of 13 units based in Eton. Pinnacle Property Management have been in place for c6 years. The whole development/resident community have consistently found Pinnacle to be efficient, effective and professional. Recommend!
Efficient and well informed
I'm a director of a building which has been managed by Pinnacle Property Management (based in Hurst, Berkshire) for many years.
My experience has been excellent - clearly we pay an annual management fee and in return certain works are organised, carried out, inspected etc. All of this works seamlessly, including finding new contractors as and when needed.
The reason for 5* is that as the building gets older, and with the Fire safety inspection and works, PPM have excelled. Firstly with organising the Cladding inspection quickly, then with collating contractors for the work, negotiating exactly what work was needed, and then co-ordinating that work to be completed on-time and on budget, so the EWS1 was issued as quickly as possible.
Other maintenance items come up that require detailed inspection, specification, and co-ordination, all of which PPM carry out in a professional and cost effective manner.
I look forward to the same professional attitude in the years to come.
Much Improved Property Management Service
Our development has been managed by Pinnacle since it was built, and in the past we have certainly experienced some issues. However, the property manager at Pinnacle who has been looking after us for the past year or so is just great, and has resolved a number of longstanding issues to our satisfaction both efficiently and speedily. She is proactive, very helpful and responsive. Keep up the good work, Pinnacle!
Worst company ever!
Wow! All of a sudden Pinnacle received a few five star reviews, that all came in one day - like anyone is going to believe that!!
Unfortunately my block of flats is managed by Pinnacle, hopefully not for long! The so called service they provide is disgusting and non-existent really as we have to chase them constantly! They never return phone calls or reply to emails!
Pinnacle, you should improve your service a lot and fast and try to earn good feedback from your clients like other companies do, rather than posting fake reviews!

I moved into my apartment in Reading 3 years ago. Pinnacle Property Management Ltd were the property management company contracted by the directors of the leaseholders company to provide the day to day operational management of the development. I have experienced total professionalism, pragmatism and sensible fees. Plus responsive and caring customer service. These bad review are just not right, Fake News or maybe malicious attacks, I don't know which. But Pinnacle Property Management Ltd are an excellent service provider.

I write as a director of a small property management company for 18 houses. We subcontract much of our work to Pinnacle Property Management Ltd.
Pinnacle have supported us since the handover from the developer nine years ago and particularly in recent years they have always been professional friendly and speedy in responding to our needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies like this one.

We have read some of the horrible reviews below regarding Pinnacle Property Management and this is not our experience at all. We own 3 rental apartments in Reading, all under the management of PPM for almost 20 years. They are efficient, reliable and honest. Any issues are dealt with promptly and we are kept informed of progress. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and can only assume that the reviews below relate to another management company of the same name

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We have had Pinnacle Property Management for over 6 years now and had an entrance door that is extremely hard to open with our keys. Sometimes you stand outside in the cold for 10 min before you can get inside to the building. We have asked them numerous times over the years to get the door replaced but they usually ignore our emails or saying that they have contacted a contractor to get the door replaced but it never happens… Each year this company increases their management fees and yet nothing is being repaired. We requested invoices for all the work they claim to do for the building itself and realised they charge 4.5 times the price on cleaning the halls, window cleaning and fire assessments (that has never been carried out) this is a total scam and can’t believe that they get away with this. They have a section called general maintenance where we residents pay a huge amount of money yearly but when asking what’s in general maintenance they refuse to share what this covers… Also the person who owns our building happens to own Pinnacle Property Management, no wonder they charge 4.5 times the price than what it should be. Also Gilly Lee and Claudette are the worst property managers I ever dealt with, never available to speak with me via phone or answering any emails. Absolutely disgusting behavior. AVOID THIS COMPANY, it will save you a massive headache and frustration beyond anything else!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I will report this company to the property ombudsman.

What maintenance?!!
We back onto an estate managed by this company. We have a six foot fence with a gate between us and the estate, which was part of the initial planning approval, to provide security to existing, ajoining properties. They are suppose to be responsible for maintaining it. The fence is warped and leaning outward so much that I can no longer open the gate. Other residents have had to repair posts and panels that have fallen down. This has been going on for 8mths and they have done nothing, claiming they are waiting for a response from the developer, as they don't see why they should pay as they believe that the fence was badly installed in the first place. However, they fail to show any consideration for those of us that back onto the estate.
Any decent maintenance company would sort out the immediate problems whilst taking up the issues with the developer separately.

Just a shame there is not a zero stars option for this joke of a company. Rude, incompetent, unreliable...I could go on. The lady there who unbelievably is a director called "Julia" should have her P45 handed to her so she can go back to the school of manners. Disgusting woman who certainly should not be in any role which involves dealing with people. Do yourself a favour and do NOT use this company. The stress is more than its worth.
**Additional edit: A fire door has remained broken and unfit for well over 6 months despite them being informed on NUMEROUS occasions that it is unsafe and needs replacing. I wonder if their deaf ears will listen to the prosecutors case if god forbid a tragic accident happens because of their incompetence.

If there was a no star option I would choose that.
Pinnacle are the pinnacle of poor service. They give lip service until they can no more and then they don't reply to emails and do not carry out the service they are paid to do.
An illagally parked vehicle has been in my private parking space within a 'secure' gated parking lot for a month now and there has been no update in communication and they no longer reply to emails! Very frustrating and poor service.

I had 3 mobility scooters taken out of the buggy store at Woodland Court by a member of the pinnacle staff. They refused to compensated me because I didn’t have my name and address on the scooters but neither did and of the scooters left in the store as we did not know we had to do this. They give away wheelchairs that don’t belong to them DO NOT LEAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT IN THE BUGGY STORE AT WOODLAND COURT IT IS NOT SAFE TO DO SO! Even though that what it is there for
